I have always found the staff helpful and supportive. I know they could be relied on to advise on any problem. I know a shortage of staff can be difficult for them but they work very hard to fill the gaps.

We are so grateful for the care that all the staff at Premier have provided to our mother over many years - Particularly over the last few months, when due to deteriorating health, her needs have increased and Premier has excelled themselves in their response to this. They have always put her needs first - e.g. calling an ambulance and staying with her until the ambulance and a family member arrived. Also, notify us immediately of any concerns. I also, personally, must thank the manager for her support of me when I needed a caring listener at the end of the telephone. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Premier Care to anyone wanting the best support and care available for their loved one.

Sincere thanks to all the staff for the excellent care provided to our mother over the past twelve months. It gave us great peace of mind to know that she was being looked after by a team of caring professionals who made sure she was safe and well at every visit. Any concerns for her welfare and well-being were notified to us at the earliest opportunity. We have no hesitation in recommending Premier Care's services to anyone needing a conscientious, reliable and trustworthy care provider for their loved one.

Premier Care have being looking after my mother for the last two years who is in her ninety's enabling her to remain independent, the communication between myself and Premier Care has always ensured I am fully informed and aware of any concerns spotted and I truly value this as I am not always able to visit her weekly.

I find all the carers and back office staff very helpful, I am very pleased with everything connected to Premier Care. Premier Care has been particularly helpful when Mum needs emergency food shopping or help taking additional supplementary prescriptions.

My wife has suffered with Alzheimer's and dementia for the past 9 years and Premier Care has provided first-class care over this period and continues to do so. Ranging from expert and professional management to an extremely caring and skilled care staff who really know how to provide that very important touch called loving care. As well as caring for my wife they look after me and provide daily assistance and help. I must say that in my opinion, the general public usually underrates care staff but if they realised how much care they provide several times a day on a daily, weekly and annual basis then the care worker lot would measurably improve. In fact, I would say that without Premier Care by our side, we would not have the life we have today. It's all the little things as well as the big things they do that make life bearable. We look upon Premier Care and its staff as family. God bless them all.

The team have been a source of support and care during difficult times as both parents have dementia. They have handled things with a good amount of sensitivity and professionalism. The care staff have been very supportive and my parents have always felt comfortable and assured by the level of care received.

Excellent standard of care. All those attending to my aunt's needs in her home are very kind, helpful, considerate and professional. The service from Premier Care is very reliable and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Quick to respond to our initial request for assistance just prior to Christmas 23. Good communication with main office and their care team are very experienced, caring and totally understand the difficult nature of the services they provide which is tailored to the individuals concerned. The process of introducing daily care for our parents was never going to be easy but Premier Care achieved this seamlessly and were quickly accepted by our parents. We would highly recommend them.

I can't thank Premier Care enough for the help and support they have shown to my dad who is nearly 95. Nothing is too much trouble and they have gone above and beyond with trying to make Dad's days as easy and stress-free as possible. Thank you for everything you do.

My mother has been receiving care from Premier Care since mid-March 2024 when she left hospital. My mum needs extensive support and all the staff at Premier have been excellent. The team are easy to get in contact with and have been caring, friendly, thoughtful and professional, making my mum's transition back home a positive experience. I do not live locally and knowing Premier are regularly with Mum gives me great reassurance that she is safe and well cared for.

My mother has Alzheimer's and is 91. Fiercely independent, Mum was reluctant to accept help. However, from the moment she met Premier Care Services' managers and staff, she wanted to have them come over every day. From my perspective, the medication is given and notes provided about how Mum is doing. The staff are efficient, knowledgeable, kind, flexible and reliable. I chose Premier from the good reviews on CQC and have been delighted.

The service you provide is amazing, nothing too much trouble. We needed care over the weekend, they came in at short notice, very flexible. The ladies that care for our mum are fantastic, it’s just like if we had been in excellent service and care very professional. Everything written down so when we go, we know exactly what has been done. They keep in touch by phone if any problems, thank you Premier Care.

E-mailed Premier Care on a Friday evening regarding my father's care. They called me back on Saturday morning and arranged a visit for the Monday. Within minutes of the visit, they were already contacting the GP and district nurses to get things moving and a care package was put in place to start my father's care within the next two days. Prior to the visit, I felt that no one was taking my father's care seriously but after their visit, my mind was put a rest by the care they will provide and the things they have kindly put in place. Whilst visiting they also made sure Dad was comfortable before they visited next. Very impressed.

The operations director and the Premier Care team have been visiting my father on a daily basis for over a year. They’ve done a great job of supporting his ability to live independently - by monitoring his medications and helping with household chores - while respecting his privacy. They have also been proactive in raising concerns directly with me, when necessary. I would recommend Premier to anyone requiring in-home care.

My carers take in all of my requested requirements nothing is too much trouble. I treasure their coming in each day for our daily general talks which passes what is often a lonely day for me. I would not be without them.
