My mum is very happy with the service and she looks forward to her weekly visits. She enjoys the company of the care staff and the conversations they share. Mum gets excited about her visits like it is a visit from a family member and siblings are extremely happy with the service Mum receives.
I've been involved with Prestige and seen what they have done for other people. I've bene very impressed and I wouldn't hesitate to have them care for me. My friend is very happy with the service, he gets looked after very well. I have never heard a wrong word said against them. He has 24-hour care and has six different carers all go above and beyond, he's taken out regularly socially and he's been taken to a seaside town twice for a holiday and loved every minute.
I have a lot in common with my carer, we both love the same music. I have been encouraged to do lots of things such as swimming, gaming, shopping, and eating out. I have been helped to broaden my horizons. I’m very happy with Prestige.
I have been looked after very well. Prestige has made it possible for me to stay at home. I'm happy and feel very lucky to have the care I have. I have fun with my staff. Staff looked after my husband first then myself. Have had Prestige as a care company for many years.
All good, prompt mostly. Occasional no-shows due to sickness but on the whole very satisfactory.
Prestige has gone above and beyond to ensure my mum's needs are met. We initially met with the manager in Mum's home where she noted all our requests and then matched her carer to her after very careful consideration. My mother has very specific needs and engages with a certain type of person. They need to be kind, gentle, a good listener, someone who can chat about cultural or sporting events and definitely someone who is interested in books and world affairs. An outward-looking person. She has certainly landed on her feet with her current carer who has been with her since we started the care package last January. We, as a family, are all very comfortable rubbing along with the carer as she is very easy to be with and it feels very natural to have her around. Over the months, she has built a warm, trusting relationship with Mum and we really couldn't be happier with the service she provides. We would like to add more care into the week but Prestige currently have a shortage of carers.
Prestige has looked after my mum for the last year and I have been very happy with the service that was provided. Everyone has been extremely caring and had mum's best interests at heart. I felt completely at ease as soon as I met the team and discussed mum's needs. As time went by we then increased the package of care and this was done seamlessly. Considering there is such a shortage of staff within the industry, we rarely had issues with cover and I felt reassured that mum would be looked after every day, which was such a relief. I would highly recommend Prestige and have only thanks and gratitude for all their support during a difficult time.
Used Prestige Nursing & Care for a number of years and found them very good and our carer is amazing with our son.
The care plan agreed earlier this summer appears to have settled down now that the summer holiday period is over. Father is more contented with arrangements although the resolution of a less serious health issue has I believe helped to contribute towards this.
My husband has had excellent help from the Prestige carers. Only one carer didn't 'fit' in very well - but she doesn't come to us now. Otherwise, we have found the carers to be very courteous.
