Just wanted to say what an amazing experience I had with Prestige Nursing. The staff that looked after my mum through the nights were professional and very caring. Everything left very tidy with a detailed report which enabled us a family to see how mum was during the night. I would not hesitate to call in their services if we ever needed support. The Branch Managerwas also very helpful through phone calls I made and very reassuring. Thank you.

I can’t rate highly enough the excellent care and service provided to my friend by Prestige Nursing & Care (Cleveleys). All of the staff give me excellent feedback about my friend’s care and condition. At first I wasn’t sure just how much care would be needed but as the situation has changed, the company have adjusted as needed. My friend isn’t subject to different carers every day - there are regular carers who have got to know her and she recognises them which is ideal due to her having dementia. I am more than happy with this company.

We were desperate for respite when our son's care package was picked up by Prestige. Prestige did provide two amazing carers! But sadly one left the company and the other took an office role! These ladies were amazing. The carer in the office tried his best and we appreciate everything he did to help. The carers after lacked experience and training. They hadn't even looked at his detailed care plan, or moaned about taking essential equipment like a wheelchair! In the end, the anxiety about the quality of care overran the whole point of respite.

Carers are good. When someone is ill - not enough carers to stand in and only give a couple of hours notice.

After many years of struggling I have been persuaded by my family that I need a little help from time to time. I was afraid at the thought of losing my independence and I have always been too proud to admit I needed the help, but I am so happy with how my life is now!! I don't have a carer ... I have a new friend !!
