I am very happy with the service I have received from Prestige Nursing & Care. The carers have been supporting my daughter with her Autism and LD diagnosis since April 2024 and the quality of care has been second to none. They sourced specialist training to ensure my daughter is provided with the best possible care that is tailored to her needs, and enables her to live her best life.

In 2021 our Uncle needed more care than our Aunt and us as a family could provide so we looked at options for this. We found Prestige Nursing and Care after an internet search of local providers and after the local manager came to visit us we had them set up the care at home. Prestige have been brilliant, they were there for our Aunt and Uncle when they needed them and did not let us down in anyway. The carers were always polite, caring, respectful and professional. They supported our Aunt when our Uncle died in 2023 and felt very much like 'part of the family'. Our Aunt is now in residential care as we feel that is now more appropriate for her needs but the manager at Prestige has been in regular touch with us and has shown a genuine concern for our Aunts wellbeing. I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige. A very well run and professional care provider and we will always be grateful for the excellent service they provided for our family.

A very friendly service that allowed my aunt and uncle to remain in their own home for as long as possible. The service was excellent and the carers were friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty when required.

Prestige have been looking after my husband for about 3 years. l can not praise them enough for the care they give him and they also make sure l am coping. It's the little things that mean so much and they are good at that. l can go out feeling that my husband is safe and very well looked after. l have the same person each visit and to me she is the best.

Am very happy the service and the staff that provide care for our mum. They are very professional, thorough and flexible and most importantly we trust them and Mum likes them. The paperwork is spot on, as is the handovers. Very happy.

We have received excellent service from Prestige Nursing & Care, recently and a few years ago too for my mother. They are extremely knowledgeable, very caring and nothing is too much trouble. The carers are very kind and courteous.

The carers I have had from Prestige have always been very reliable, courteous and punctual. They are happy to offer me assistance with my daily requirements and they work well with my primary caregivers.

First class service, we have two carers who look after my dad who has Parkinson's one male and one female. Both are really lovely people and have been a massive help to my dad and given some much-needed respite for my mum. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone.

Thank you, Prestige Nursing and Care in Peterborough, for all your support and understanding from the branch staff and the amazing carers over the years for our dear mother. Especially during her last few weeks of life in hospital. We know she would have liked to have thanked you too for all your help and kindness, in making her life as comfortable as possible. I cannot praise and recommend Prestige enough.

Prestige were able to support me with respite care at short notice recently while my family took a break. The manager was efficient and took time to assess my requirements and explain how care was provided. I was very pleased with the staff I was introduced to who were friendly and attentive to my needs. Having professional support was new to me but I felt comfortable with the carers in my home. I will be using Prestige Nursing and Care again in the near future.

Prestige Nursing & Care have looked after our disabled son for nearly four years. During this time they have been very professional, reliable and organised. The carers have been very experienced, friendly and pleasant - essential when they are in your home for many hours. During a recent Covid outbreak in the household, they have continued to provide a reliable and professional care service under difficult conditions. Communication and day to day management matters have generally been excellent and any minor problems or concerns have been dealt with extremely promptly by the Field Manager. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We have found all the carers to be very friendly, approachable and respectful of the fact they are in our home. We also found the quality of their care to be first-rate. The Field Care Manager has been very good to deal with and communicates clearly.

The manager and her staff were always understanding and would listen and come up with solution focused outcome. We would not have been able to support our mother in the community without their care and professional support.

I have been most satisfied with the care provided. Carers have arrived, usually on schedule, in uniform. They have been helpful, friendly and professional. On occasions when difficulties have arisen, I would have preferred better contact with management but appreciate that this cannot always be possible centrally though. Prestige Nursing + Care provide an efficient service.

Care received compassionate and professional. Visit times consistent. I am satisfied that I am receiving continuity in the Carers which visit.

I use the care provider for 5 days a week. My Carers visit for 30 mins each morning. I can confirm they turn up regularly and assist me as required, dressing and general duties. I have no complaints. They keep a daily record of their visits and the folder is kept here so that my family can keep a check on their care provided.

I could not recommend this care agency highly enough. Their response to an urgent request was immediate. Very caring and very astute assessment of my mother's needs. I was able to amend the care as my mother's health improved, so she now no longer requires daily support. I do not know where we would have been without them.
