I engaged them to look after my mum once a day over the lunchtime period to make sure she had a cooked meal and any other additional requirements my mum might have. All the carers have been fantastic and have looked after my mum in a kind. considerate and professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Prestige to others.
I engaged Prestige to look after Dad in August 2021, initially twice weekly and he soon established an excellent relationship with his assigned carer, who did all manner of additional things to make his life easier and chatted with him on visits, as well as being totally professional at all times. Dad's health declined dramatically in May this year, which resulted in me needing additional support for him on a daily basis. Prestige was able to meet these demands at short notice, often with different carers but all of whom were kind, considerate and very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Prestige for all caring needs of loved ones.
Prestige came in daily primarily to make Dad a hot meal and provide company and any other service needed. They also escorted him to doctor and dental appointments and always took him for a coffee while they were out which he loved. Their service was first-rate throughout, and all the staff who worked with Dad were polite, understanding and respectful. They were the reason that he was able to stay at home as long as he did, and kept him healthy as his dementia began to slowly take a greater influence. He looked forward to their visits and watching a quiz show on the TV with a brew and trying to guess the answers! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company if you are looking for some help with a relative or loved one, and all our dealings with them were polite, efficient and productive. We always felt comfortable that the staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and always looking out for Dad's best interests and communicating well with us. Thanks to all of the staff, you were great!
Excellent care provider, the care staff are all friendly, caring and professional, and they go the extra mile. They also support me in my role as main carer for Dad. The staff in the office are all caring and very approachable, and are easily contacted by telephone or email, and respond promptly to any requests or changes required. A weekly rota is provided, so you can see who is coming at each visit, and at what time.
Prestige have been coming in daily to Mum for about six months. The small consistent team of reliable carers have been great! Kind, caring, on time and efficient. We have also had good communication with the management, who seem well organised. It's working well for us as a family and we are grateful to have found your company. Thanks to you all.

My 90-year-old Mum has a carer twice a week to help with some aspects of showering as I live a two-hour drive away. Mum is really happy with the carers, who are always friendly and professional. The initial assessment by Prestige was thorough and detailed, and it's reassuring that Prestige took the time to talk to my Mum about her interests and got to know more about her before matching her up with her lovely carers. Prestige maintains good ongoing communication, sending weekly emails to me (with the following week's rota), which is really helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige - I was impressed by their professional and caring attitude from the very first contact and Mum is happy too.
I am very happy with the service provided by Prestige. All the ladies that visit my mum are all very nice (according to mum) so no complaints at all. They are always punctual and are good company for my mum.

Earlier this year my mum needed care three times a week. The care package was excellent and appropriate to my mum's needs. I was impressed by the professionalism, continuity, empathy and reliability of the care staff. I should add that I was also impressed by the professionalism of how the package was set up. My mum's needs were thoroughly assessed by very understanding staff and all questions were fully dealt with and all issues explained. Since April, my mum's care needs have increased and she needs help three times daily. Prestige were able to adjust my mum's care package to meet her new requirements. Not only is this re-assuring for my mum but for the family too. It is very easy to contact and communicate with Prestige staff and they are very approachable and try to go the extra distance to ensure that my mum's needs are appropriately and safely met. The record-keeping and other administrative support, such as the publication of rosters and invoices, is also excellent.
So far excellent service from the very start. Totally satisfied and it's reassuring to know my dad is in great hands. Definitely the best in the area. Professional and exceptional. They cater for our needs perfectly.
I have been using Prestige for over a year now and I am very pleased with the carers that attend to me. I know from a rota each week who and at what time the carer will arrive. All the carers are really nice people and professional in what they do. It's a good start to the day for me.

My husband has had two carers to care for him daily - for 1/2 an hour each day. Mainly, as recently, to bed bath him. We both have so far agreed that all concerned have done their 'job' very well. One carer in particular is extremely thorough and is a credit to the company. They are very helpful and have never declined any offers of help. My husband cannot write due to very poor eyesight but has given me full support for this review, and we cannot say enough about Prestige Nursing & Care.
My mother was initially reluctant to have any care but the professionalism and kindness of Prestige carers has won her over. She looks forward to their visits and appreciates all that they do for her. My brothers and I are very pleased with their care and concern for our mother.

I just wanted to say how grateful our family is to the carers who took such good care of my Grandfather in his last few weeks. They are true assets to the company! Professional, caring, tender, they treated my Grandfather as if he was one of their own, treating him with dignity and respect but helping him keep his sense of humour intact. They will never know the true extent of our gratitude. I’d also like to say a special thank you to the Sleaford team who moved mountains to get my Grandfather the care he needed, at such short notice! We are so grateful! We were provided with the same four carers every day so that we had consistency and they truly are incredible women! I wouldn’t have wanted any other company taking care of our family! We feel like they became a part of the family and that is priceless! Thank you!
