View Full Details of Primary Homecare LtdKind, helpful and good company. Highly recommend the carers I have dealt with.
Great care company. The team are worth their weight in gold. Caring, kind, have empathy and very professional. We have a laugh every day. Always on time via schedule weekly. Handles all care with dignity.
I am well satisfied with the staff. Half an hour is a bit tight sometimes.
Efficient service provided by staff. Varied staff provide service required. Enjoy conversation with carers interested to talk.
The care has been excellent and has enabled my mother to stay in her home. Some of the carers have gone above and beyond to make life easier for my mum.
Carers always ask if there's anything else they can do on that day before they leave, also the office staff are pleased to deal with any enquiry.
Carers take on additional domestic jobs without being asked.
When Mum moved to Claydon, she was welcomed by the care team in a most professional and comprehensive way. The care plan put in place is very good and takes into consideration all of our initial concerns. The carers are polite, very competent and friendly, they treat Mum with dignity and kindness. When either the carer onsite or the office team have contacted me regarding Mum, they were calm, friendly and extremely helpful. I have always been able to quickly get hold of the team on the office number and on the out-of-hours number, if needed. I would recommended the services of Primary Homecare to anyone looking for reliable, capable and friendly care for their loved ones.
Primary Homecare offer a great service which Mum had for many years. Due to her health she has now had to relocate to a care home but she, and the whole family, are very appreciative of all the care given by Primary Homecare and would recommend their services without hesitation.
I find the carers very good and patient. They do everything that is asked of them. My reason for making management 'poor', because quite often the carers' times are changed but we the clients are never informed. As wife of client and full time carer, I find this very annoying as I have many problems of my own apart from coping with my husband's dementia.
Times of visits are never the same day to day. Notes on the app are not always correct.
The men and women who come and care for my husband are amazing kind and caring. Would recommend them to anyone, could not do without their help.
On the whole, I find Primary Homecare Ltd very good and most of the carers efficient and able. Prices are not cheap, so maybe beyond what others can afford. I wish there were fewer changes in the rotas, both of carers and of times, but realise sometimes emergencies arise. Thank you to those who look after me.
The carers have sometimes come early without the office letting me know. I feel I should be asked if this is ok. All the ladies who have come have been polite and friendly but do not seem to know about recycling rubbish. They do not know what can be recycled and that it has to be clean ie: cans should be washed first! Their basic cooking skills are lacking and seem to not be able to prepare meals for slow cookers/ovens without help, they are good at clearing the kitchen after use.
Up until Christmas, I needed help with the preparation of meals. Since then I have needed assistance with cleaning. I realise that there are many clients on your books, but it would be very helpful to know when the carer is coming. It has varied a lot. What works for me is to phone your office early in the week to find out the arrival time on Friday.
It is a joy to be cared for by such lovely people.
The team that comes to my house are excellent, friendly efficient and and always appears to be happy to see me. Overall an excellent team. One of the things that impress me is the fact that they always arrive at or near the time arranged. Great job all.
Primary Homecare are very helpful. Compassionate and caring.
The carers are always polite, friendly and caring. Mum is always pleased to see the carers and enjoys chatting with them. The carers have helped me so much as I know that my mum is being well looked after and if anything was wrong I would be told right away. The office staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. If you have any problems they will sort them out right away. If anyone ever asked me about getting carers I would tell them to get in touch with Primary Homecare, as the service and carers and staff are fantastic.
Since I do not live near my aunt to help her she is reliant on her carers for all her care. The carers are professional, friendly and caring. They offer help and respond to my aunt's wishes regarding meals, toileting and personal care and I can keep informed through an app regarding any concerns or changing needs.
