Following my father's discharge from the hospital in June 24 and receiving his care package from Sevacare Kingstanding. Both my father and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the care he has received. From managers, office staff and the carers who my father has had in attendance, all can only be described as first class. All have been professional, sympathetic and compassionate to my father's needs and most of all so very friendly and a joy to have had in attendance during his recovery. As my father's son the reassurance I have had from dealing with all involved has been exemplary. We now look forward to our continued care with you. A massive thank you to all involved.

I would like to compliment Sevacare on the outstanding, person-centred care that the staff gave to my dad and also my mother over the last three years. The office team completely understood the importance of consistency and continuity with the staff that looked after my dad and ensured that the team were able to build a strong bond and an excellent relationship. My dad had three double person care calls a day and the care team were able to monitor, manage and anticipate his changing care needs through this continuity of care. This can only be achieved when the whole team work together, communicate well and have care at the centre of their every objective. I can honestly say that my dad's care during his last years was truly exemplary and as a family, we gained tremendous comfort from the fact that they did all they could for him in such a loving way and that his every welfare need was anticipated and provided for, with love and affection.
