Most of the staff are very nice and friendly. The only problem I had was that the carers came too early to put Mum to bed in the evenings.

My carer takes me out and about, if he did not take me out I would not get out at all. My carer is friendly and kind and treats me with respect. He makes me cups of tea. He makes me a sandwich when I want. He also takes the rubbish out for me.

I have always found SPDNS Home Care fantastic: They always turn up, always do what is needed with care and understanding, and go above and beyond to make sure my mum is well cared for. I have no issues or ever had any cause for concern or complaint.

We have had SPDNS carers for the last 8 years for both my Mother and Father. We have found them to be very caring and supportive of us whilst we have recognised that we are only one or two of their many clients. They have tried to accommodate our needs, especially when different arrangements have been necessary for hospital appointments. They are never critical of us or our home. All the staff have been very courteous, friendly, and approachable which is just lovely.
