I cannot thank Sure Care enough for their professionalism and the service they have provided to my father these last months at home. Special heartfelt thanks goes to two members of staff, in particular, for their kindness, and care not only to dad; but their kind concern and consideration to close family also. Thank you all.

Two members of staff, in particular and in our opinion are two of the best day carers that you employ, they are always so cheerful respectful to my husband and myself and anyone else who might have called to see my husband. (Aways comment on how friendly they were) Do their jobs so effectively (sometimes under terrible conditions) and are ALWAYS SMILING and raise a laugh out of my husband. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I know you cannnot be happy all the time but BELIVE ME THESE TWO ARE, if they are having a rough day they NEVER EVER SHOW IT . If there was an award for their hard work I would really recommend them for it. They deserve it Thank you again.

Surecare provided care for the last 18 months for my mother-in-law, visiting 4 times a day to attend to all of her personal care needs. She has now sadly passed away. We would like to thank all the carers and management for all of their support through some very challenging and difficult circumstances. They all showed great respect, kindness and empathy.

The SureCare team were a godsend when my father needed care at home. We started with a few hours a week but as my father became comfortable with the carers we increased the hours, eventually employing carers for the occasional few days of 24/7 care to enable his partner some respite. The flexibility of Surecare to meet our needs was second to none. The carers became friends with my father and he looked forward to their company. They never let us down and I would recommend their services without hesitation. Unfortunately, my father's needs became too complex and he now resides in a Residential Care home but prior to the recruitment of Surecare, for care and companionship at my father's home, was definitely the right decision.

The team has been very helpful and professional with everything that they have been doing to assist my wife. I am very grateful and I would recommend this organisation to my friends and family.

My review relates to every month. All the carers show respect and support for my husband's needs. He isn't always easy. It's a pleasure to deal with all the carers. I feel that I can confidently let them all care for him. Thank you for your support.

I cannot thank Surecare enough for their kindness and professionalism as they continue to provide care for my mum thus enabling her to stay in the comfort of her own home. Admittedly, I was rather skeptical at first which am sure is understandable, but I absolutely needn't have been, her every need is taken care of and any change in medication is promptly adhered to. Surecare has removed so much pressure from myself with their reliability and care whereby now, I can just be her daughter, and most importantly, mum is happy too.

My life has changed so much after my wife had a stroke and the care that we have is fantastic very thoughtful and understanding staff have helped us through a very difficult time. Without the support we have we would be in a very difficult situation. We hope that the Care we receive will continue and our thanks to all the staff.

SureCare was very good. The carers fell in very well with my requirements. One member of staff was exemplary. I was always treated with respect and dignity. Overall I'm am very happy with their service.

The carers have been very professional and provide fantastic service. Very caring when attending. Nothing is too much trouble. All needs are catered for and if anything is required it is carried out as soon as requested.

I am very happy with the team of carers I have, they treat my husband with respect nothing is too much trouble. Everything in the house is left clean and tidy if there are any problems it's sorted straight away. As much as possible we have the same team of carers if there are any problems I can ring SureCare to speak to management and most of the time it gets sorted.

We used Surecare for 5 years for my Mother. We were happy with the services provided for my Mum any problems were dealt with by Surecare staff were all very helpful and friendly and my mum was happy with them office staff were great.

SureCare has been a wonderful care company for my dad, who sadly passed away earlier this month. They went out of their way to look after my dad, looking out for my mum as well who sadly has dementia. I would like to thank them all for the care they gave to my dad and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

An excellent agency who are very responsive to clients' needs and family wishes. Mum has had other agencies but this one is by far the best. Thanks to all the carers and in particular the manager. I'm only sorry Mum has not been able to continue under your care but unfortunately now needs 24-hour care. Thanks again.

I can't fault the care given to my father. Without SureCare we could not have managed. Everybody who was involved in caring for him was fantastic. The carers were thoughtful, respectful, and very caring. It takes a lot to put your trust in other people to look after your family member, but SureCare is fantastic and I can't thank them enough for all the help they gave. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for help with a loved one.

Cannot fault any of the care given to my dad who recently passed away by any of the daytime carers. The pure dedication, care, commitment and understanding of his needs were impeccable. The relationships built with my dad (especially four members of staff in particular) were a joy to watch develop and I'm sorry to say they've stopped now he's passed away.

Pleased to have SureCare looking after my mother. One member of staff in particular is absolutely amazing, always goes above and beyond for her. Everything has been great and they could do with a little improvement. We as a family can count on SureCare.

Very good service, couldn't be better. Our carers are always friendly and courteous and help out in any way we ask. They are all very competent and kind. My husband has two male carers who he gets on really well with and I have a female carer who I enjoy talking to as well.

SureCare is the best thing to ever happen to my uncle. The service and professionalism is outstanding and the communication with the office team is amazing. Not only are they very person-centred but they also make sure to inform us if there are ever any changes needed. Can’t thank SureCare enough, the carers are great and very appreciated by my uncle. They always make him feel comfortable and he enjoys his visits as he says he is always respected by them which is very important to him. Overall great care company.

As a friend of a 91-year-old lady who has no family of her own, I have, for many years helped her on different issues remain independent. Recently though, with several medical issues, her health has deteriorated. Her carer has consistently cared for her in a kind and understanding way. Last week her condition deteriorated quite badly and an ambulance was called. As it happens these days, a lengthy wait ensued. Completely of her own decision, your carer stayed with her until midnight ensuring she wasn't alone waiting for the ambulance. I cannot express my thanks enough. This lady had no obligation to do that but did, with a kind and caring attitude. She has also done several other tasks that were over and above her 'job spec'. I myself am 76, live in another town and don't drive and I am so grateful for the lengths your carer has gone to to ensure my friend was supported. A huge thank you. Please pass on my gratitude to your employee from me.
