View Full Details of SureCare (Enfield)We have been using Surecare since my mum was diagnosed with Dementia and bed bound two and a half years ago and I am glad we were matched with this provider as there are many scary stories around. Have been professional and understanding since the outset. The carers they send all know their jobs well and are compassionate so that even on the odd occasions where we don't get the regular carers, I am still confident and happy with who they send. All the carers have a great connection with my mum, even with mums language barriers, and even now when my mum sleeps a lot and isnt very talkative she still looks at them with a glow in her eyes, knowing she is cared for, and manages a whispered goodbye to the carers as she knows they are good people. Carers will do everything they can within their allowed remit. The office themselves are also superb, putting up with my awkward sitting requests with a smile and always pointing out that they are here for me as much as they are for my mum.
We have been working with Surecare for nearly two years in the care of my father, who has a range of health and care needs. Throughout this time, we have benefitted from a high level of proactive care and support, from the carers, office, and management teams. Our lovely team of carers (both night and day) show very high levels of compassion and professionalism, going the extra mile with their care and kindness. In addition to planned care, Surecare's response to emergencies, changing needs and problems has been efficient and positive, with genuine, and supportive out of office support when we have needed it. We would wholeheartedly recommend Surecare.
My partner was to return home after long spells in hospital. I was informed that SurCare's care workers were chosen to be the help at certain regular timed visits during the day to be agreed by myself. This was the perfect decision, the carers have brought a lasting friendship with lots of fun, laughter and happiness into our home with the knowledge and guidance in their duty of care. Thank you so much SureCare.
Overall a good experience. There is however room for improvement in the timing of visits to clients. Also, general hygiene relating to the client and home surroundings. Some carers are very good, others would benefit from ongoing training. Perhaps just a little more common sense?
We’ve been using SureCare for about 3 years now to help my Dad, who has Alzheimer’s get washed and dressed in the mornings as it has become too much for my elderly Mum to do. Following a recent stay in hospital, SureCare put together a more extensive care package at short notice for his return home as his needs are now more complex. They have been absolutely brilliant in helping us adapt to this new situation and the carers are so good with him. I can’t thank them enough for their ongoing help and support and will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs professional care for a loved one. A massive “thank you” to everyone involved in my dad's care.
We have been very impressed with the care and service my father has received from SureCare. We have never been let down. Their timekeeping is good and the carers who look after him are the same ones on a regular basis, so he has built up nice relationships with them all. I can't fault the care and the response from the office is excellent whenever we contact them.
From the first visit, empathy and polite staff were always happy, smiling and professional, and they kept Nan's dignity. The care team went over and above - smart, clean and Covid safe. Made conversations with my grandmother. Support team on phone 100% answered after three rings and answered any questions I had - spot-on.
Carers from SureCare have looked after my brother for many years now, on a gradually increasing basis. They provide great care, kindness and commitment to him and also to us as his family. There have been numerous occasions where carers have immediately and willingly put aside their own time to sit with him whilst an ambulance has been awaited, and we have been too far away to undertake this role of reassurance. In those moments, we have felt so extra grateful to these wonderful people. Our brother feels really safe and looked after by them. Thank you, SureCare.
I would like to thank the carers that took great care of my mother; they treated her with dignity, kindness and patience. They were punctual and always had time to engage with my mother, who has dementia. I would highly recommend their services, and their staff go the extra mile.
Fantastic service from all at SureCare, from office, managers to actual carers.
Positive experience with a kind and professional service from staff. Carer visits received by my Mum in her own home. Punctuality good. All contact with the office was excellent with good communication and follow ups as promised. Very happy overall with the service and support
My mother aged 90 needed end-of-life care and this company was allocated to help us. The standard of care given was beyond excellent. The office staff are efficient and communicated very well. The care staff have all, without exception also been excellent. They have shown understanding, compassion, care, and gentleness throughout. What is very impressive is the consistency of this standard from all of the staff. This indicates to me good supportive leadership and management, recruitment practices that are effective plus quality processes in place to provide feedback to measure service quality standards at the point of delivery. If I were to be asked the question "what aspects of the care could they do better", this would be very difficult to find.
We requested SureCare as a care provider for our aunt who required help with her medication and the preparation of her meals. The care staff were professional in their service and very caring, which resulted in the small team building up a rapport with our aunt, which put her at ease with the help she was receiving. In summary, SureCare were focused on providing our aunt with a care package tailored to suit her needs and can be thoroughly recommended.
The carer that we have been given from homecare has been so lovely. She has treated my father-in-law as if he were part of her own family. The care and attention that she has shown have been truly amazing, and I can’t thank them enough.
Thank you, SureCare, for aking me to comment on my thoughts as to the care and support I have personally received over several months from my carers. They are 100% excellent! As you may know, I am partially disabled, a widower, striving to go forward, not backwards! Truthfully, I would be lost without my carers.
The carers are extremely good and caring. The office needs to polish up its act and accept that they have been lacking!
Very happy with the care provided for my dad. Each carer treats my dad with good quality care and dignity. They are all very friendly and take time to chat about any concerns regarding my dad's health and condition. The night carer is a very dedicated carer and having him stay for overnight care gives me peace of mind that my dad is safe and cared for throughout the night.
Our carer is kind, caring. Always on time and if any problems, they call to keep me informed and treats my husband with respect.
We are very happy with the care provided. We are confident in all aspects of care and would recommend it to anyone.
I am very happy with the carer and agency so hopefully gave all information. If the carer is going to be late or changes time they arrange it for me.
