I can highly recommend Sweet Tree Care Services. The management is excellent - thorough, professional, competent, responsive and always willing to assist. The carers they have provided for my parents have been kind and sensitive and always reliable. They turn up when they say they will and communicate well with my parents and have a careful balance of friendly but respectful. As a family, we feel very relieved to have Sweet Tree both as carers now but also in the future when my parents will need even more care.

From the moment we saw our new carer on a video link we knew she was someone who could take charge of any situation, who was friendly, intelligent, capable, and reliable. I knew my mother would be in safe hands and I breathed an internal sigh of relief. The care is great. I also receive emails about how my mum's day has gone and what happened. The seriousness, attention, and care shown in how exactly to administer my mum's medication is also assurance that she will be looked after well. I can ring up the office and immediately speak to someone who is helpful and will pay attention to what I am saying, with friendly respect and utmost diligence in carrying through whatever I have asked for, or dealing with any problem. I really recommend Sweet Tree because they have consistently reliable, caring, and intelligent carers who genuinely want to look after people, and because the agency themselves are very responsive, conduct regular reviews, and are always considerate of my mum.

My surgeon suggested that I have someone with me when I left the hospital following surgery and I was given the number of Sweet Tree Home Care Services whom I contacted. I found their manner on the telephone very professional and helpful and over the period I saw 4 of the carers. All of them showed care and compassion for me and helped me through a difficult time. I am very happy to recommend the agency to anyone needing assistance for themselves or a loved one.

For the first time, I was able to enjoy a much-needed extended break from my partner, who suffers from Huntington's Disease. It is difficult managing someone with a degenerative mental as well as physical condition, so the person coming to stay had to be the right fit for it to work. I had several meetings and a home visit from SweetTree Home Care Services in the lead-up, and they put forward a suitable person who my partner accepted. I was able to go away for three weeks without worrying and come back to a tidy home and happy partner.

We have been using SweetTree's services for around two years, and I have been very happy with the service and care they provide for my brother, who has also highlighted how happy he is with his support workers and especially SweetTree farm, which he visits once a week and has given him a much-needed purpose and something to look forward to.

We, as a family, have found SweetTree professional, approachable and caring. Thank you. Our son has had care for a few years now and looks forward to his time with his carer. It gives him the opportunity to do things he wants to do independently without us worrying. His carer is caring and supportive of him, allowing him to achieve his own personal goals.

Have always found SweetTree very conscientious and very transparent of what they do/provide. They provide very valuable input about their activities when attending to a client. They raise concerns as and when required regarding actions and care going forward.

In our experience, staff are well trained, client-centred, and trustworthy. They have been able to support my son with complex anxiety issues and treat him with respect, consideration and good humour. They take advice from his psychology team and also listen to my suggestions. The support workers build warm relationships with him and help him to feel valued. SweeTree has taken a great deal of care to recruit and introduce the right people for our very specific needs and assist when we have a concern. Sadly, these often excellent support workers tend to get snapped up into other jobs, and my only disappointment is that turnover can be higher than we would like due to their high skill level. I also want to say that when we experienced a crisis as a family, the agency worked very hard to find us the extra support we needed and helped us both feel less alone through that experience.

I suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2018, which changed my life in more ways than I can begin to explain. Due to my injuries, I was unable to live independently and required the full-time care of my mother. I’ve now started the transition back to living independently with the help and support of SweetTree. Especially my support worker, who has helped me get through the toughest of times. She has always helped motivate me to try my best and never give up hope. Also, other members of staff have been great at supporting me. I really appreciate everything - thank you.

As LPA for a friend, I have known since childhood, the responsibility of trying to provide the care she needed was very heavy. Apart from the regular daily hours, sometimes I had to contact the company to find extra care at very short notice. The office staff were unfailingly supportive, patient and efficient and always managed to meet the need. Originally the provision was some hours each day and then progressed to full time. The initial fact-finding by the company was extremely thorough, and their follow-up reviews and staff training requirements were impressive. The carers visiting for a short time, and now more permanent live-in and daily relief carer, have been very easy to work with, and they take pride in my friend's progress. Her needs regarding nutrition, exercise, medication, social care with dignity and conversation are all met with kindness and good humour. SweetTree Home Care Services was an excellent choice.

This organisation is excellent. Care staff are courteous and well-trained. They are prompt and diligent in all aspects of care. The administrative staff are excellent too, always ensuring any issues of rota arrangements are addressed immediately. There is excellent communication with a real appreciation of the difficulties of service users and their families.

SweetTree has provided excellent, caring support to my client and old friend over the past twelve months and for several years before. My old friend is bedridden and suffering from dementia. The carers provided are very competent and caring. When the regular live-in carer is on holiday or ill, the replacement carers are equally as good. When medical attention is required, they arrange it. I have no hesitation in highly recommending SweetTree.

They were quick to mobilise when we approached them for care after my wife had a bad fall. The quality of the carers has been consistently good. They are caring, experienced and always happy to go the extra mile. As a company, we have found Sweettree to be both responsive and helpful on any queries we have raised. The initial assessment was comprehensive and detailed and resulted in them gaining a very good understanding of my wife’s needs. All in all, a very positive experience.

SweetTree has provided a variety of excellent carers to support first the rehabilitation of my elderly cousin after a fall in 2020 and then palliative carers since May 2022 - both live-in and daily. The level of support we have received has been simply outstanding. The lady who runs palliative care is brilliant - she understood what my cousin needed and was proactive about recommending changes to the care plan and individual carers as my cousin declined. SweetTree has long-standing carers who are well trained, highly professional, communicative and act as a family. We had several carers with different skills and backgrounds, and I was very impressed. The district nurses specifically commented on how well my cousin was being looked after - so thank you! I can't recommend SweetTree more highly!

SweetTree has provided support for our elderly mother 24-hour hours a day. The care manager has been excellent. It took a few carers to find one that worked with our mother, but they, SweetTree, have been proactive and extremely helpful. The carer is exemplary and conscientious. In addition, the manager liaised with our mother's doctor and ensure the medication instructions were correct and clear. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and service.

My son has attended Sweet Tree Farm for many years and loves it. The Farm and staff are excellent- attending is just what my son needs for his development. The activities he takes part in are varied and worthwhile. He has skills I had no idea about. The support staff are caring and competent. Thank you!

My son has been attending Sweet Tree Farm for 4 years. Staff are kind, patient and have helped him achieve things I never thought possible for him. The farm is set in beautiful grounds where there is plenty of space to walk quietly or have a cuppa around the log burner! My favourite addition is the alpacas, who always greet me on arrival!

As an autistic man with limited communication, my son comes away from the farm chatting and happy, full of explanations about his day. He has been coming for several years and in particular, loves feeding the animals.

Carers from SweetTree have been helping to look after my wife, who has Alzheimer’s disease, for the last three years. The carers have provided assistance three times a week, for one full day and two afternoons Only a small number of carers have been involved, one carer remained unchanged throughout the whole contract. All the carers proved to be very competent, well trained and got on easily with my wife. They soon became more like friends together rather than carer and client. The SweetTree office staff were helpful and easy to deal with. The management made periodic visits to ensure that all was going well and that we were receiving all the help that we needed. Sadly my wife’s Alzheimer’s disease progressed to a stage that I considered it no longer safe to care for her at home, and she is now in a care home. However, had it not been for the efforts of SweetTree staff, I should have had to take that decision many months earlier.
