I have been very lucky in finding a care company as good as I have found. Nothing is too much trouble and I am always amazed at the lengths your team members are willing to go to, irrespective of time and difficulty.

CareYourWay Devon have been outstanding in the care given to my late mum and living stepfather. The carers are always friendly, caring and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Very happy.

CareYourWay Devon are my lifeline and I have never had any doubt about the quality of care, staff and management. I have worked in care myself for 25 years and I know how vital the support is to anyone vulnerable! They are an excellent company in all ways!

All of the carers have been kind, helpful competent. We have had a few problems getting used to timings. Ordinary things like conversation has been good.

This agency is an absolute disgrace. Their approach is to place an inappropriate carer into your home and hope they will cope. I had to complain again and again to the office when carers had no clue how to cook a simple meal, left all the meal preparation to my elderly father, didn't alert us to a painful rash my mother was suffering from, or were unable to use the hoist. In 2 months they sent 6 different carers (only 1 of which was capable) which was unsettling and difficult for my mother to adjust to, and one handover took 10 minutes and the new carer had to figure out how to work the hoist herself. I could go on and on, but worst of all was when I discovered my mother had not had her teeth brushed for 5 weeks. "Oral Care" had not been added to the list of duties provided by the office, but none of the carers questioned why and left her teeth to rot. If I hadn't been so stressed I'd have raised a formal complaint and reported them to CQC. Do your research and find another agency.

CareYourWay has become an indispensable and highly valued part of the care team for my grandparents. Their team worked flawlessly alongside other healthcare professionals, always maintaining a truly person-centered approach. I can't recommend them highly enough - from their skilled and compassionate professional carers to their exceptional 24/7 on-call team, who are always available to provide support whenever needed. In my experience, no question was ever too trivial, and no situation too complex for CareYourWay to address with care and expertise. They truly go above and beyond.

I'm entirely satisfied with the care I receive, in fact, the group of carers working in my area are as good as one could ever hope for, in short, exemplary. I have no hesitations in saying that CareYourWay have provided me with the most meticulous care and support I have yet to receive. I therefore would rate them the best by some. I believe anytime I felt the need to contact the office, I would receive a prompt and satisfactory answer. CareYourWay have provided carers with whom I have great confidence and rapport with. Resulting in the thing I have come to value most.
