View Full Details of Audley Care InglewoodI am so delighted with the care I have received from the Audley Care Team (Hungerford) for the last year and a half. I was sent home (having spent 6 months in hospital after having had a number of strokes), very scared and none of us were sure what to expect, with people we didn't know coming into our home. Everyone who is involved in my daily care has been professional, patient, very kind, enthusiastic with every achievement no matter how small, and incredibly caring, always trying to accommodate and listen to the whole family which has made the journey so much easier for all of us. One of my regular carers has won Carer of the Year - very well deserved and an accolade to the whole Hungerford team, I am so pleased that the Hungerford team have proved yet again how excellent they are, hard when they are dealing with maternity leave for 4 staff, long term illness and holidays. Thank you from the whole family.
My 93 years young grandmother currently lives alone and with dementia. I thought with her diagnosis that she would have to be in a care home for the care and support she would need. I'm pleased to say I was wrong! Audley Care has been a massive physical support for my grandmother and an emotional support for me when the days are more challenging. Nothing is too much trouble and they even look after her little dog. I really don't know what the future would have looked like if I hadn't had such amazing support from her team of carers. The support and knowledge from Audley have been a lifeline for both of us.
The girls from Audley have looked after my wife for 2 and a half years now and we have nothing but praise for the team that we see. They always go above and beyond to help my wife and myself. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They always make sure our home is clean and tidy and that we have all we need. The manager will often come and do our care and she is excellent, she works hard in her normal role and is always happy and friendly when she comes here, nothing is too much trouble for her. We are very grateful for the care we have.
My father has received excellent care from the Audley team for many months. All those we have come into contact with have been professional, friendly, kind and very caring and often go above and beyond to help out. They have always responded rapidly and helpfully to any queries or any requests for additional help or advice. They have frequently communicated with other healthcare providers on my parents’ behalf which has been invaluable. Highly recommend.
Having been discharged for end-of-life and palliative care 14 months ago and experiencing ups and downs I have been supported at home by a number of care providers. Some teams of carers provided have offered variable standards of care, empathy, and willingness to listen to my needs. This is understandable given the pressure on them to travel between visits, especially when employed on zero-hours contracts. The small team of care and office staff from Audley Care (Hungerford) however stand out as exceptional. Not only are they all experienced, they give the appearance of never being under pressure. They never presume what my needs are but instead listen and respond with sensible suggestions if they think it appropriate. The local team manager is not only confident and competent but a helpful advocate who is happy to discuss needs with other providers including district nursing and GP receptionists. They also carried out a risk assessment of our premises including potential trip hazards.
We as a family cannot thank or rate Audley Care Inglewood high enough. Right from the start very friendly helpful carers, who seem to go above and beyond. Mum has new friends now, not just carers. We would highly recommend.
I have Motor Neuron Disease with Bulbar Palsy so I need care and I'm delighted with the service that Audley Care Inglewood provide. I found them to be a lovely team and I love them for the patience, care and kindness that they happily give me. A friendly team I have respect for and I'm very grateful too, the visits do break up my day but in a positive way because the carers improve my mood and take my mind off my terminal illness. Thank You!
I am very satisfied with all my husband's carers. They are very good with him and always make him smile.
My mother in law has had home care from Audley Care for several years. We have had one or two problems. Always sorted out very quickly and efficiently.
Carers are extremely efficient. My mother was struggling with all aspects of daily living. The Audley Carers have helped her to gain confidence. The office are always helpful if I need any advice. I would highly recommend.
Very pleased with the level of care provided, a very hard job but I believe that the carers really do care about my father's well being, problems do arise but they are sorted out very quickly by a very professional manager. Thanks for all your hard work.
The carers don’t just do essential jobs around the house, they make time to talk, listen and understand their clients' needs.
With the timings of the visits, they have tried to accommodate our needs. However, these seemed to go astray quite badly when the usual organizer was on leave for a week. Care assessment was carried out but no copy was sent to us. Found out reason AFTER we complained. Requests for the schedule by email was not responded to until we complained.
Audley girls are very polite and professional in their work. The care we receive is very good and I'm very happy with the care.
Time schedule is not always satisfactory, as it always seems to change. This household needs a consistent time schedule. No complaints against the care staff. Are very pleased with the standard of care from the girls we have coming into this household.
Staff can only relate to what is written. I am aware of being more needy due to changes e.g. my left hand is no longer usable. Stoma bag, I feel I should be charging you for staff training as very few knew what to do. Office staff - when you say you will pass on messages or put it on system, do so. It saves frustration, time and money.
I have no complaints. I get a very good service. Everyone is nice, friendly and efficient. Everything is quite alright.
Everyone that comes to see me from Audley Care Inglewood are very nice. I have no complaints about anything.
I cannot speak highly enough of the care received by my mother. The carers attending are professional, clean and tidy and respectful. I am aware and not too rosy bespectacled to realise perfection is not always available but any problems encountered have been dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.
I'm very pleased with the care and understanding of the needs of my husband and myself. Communication with the office staff is not always consistent, dates and times can be misunderstood. I would recommend Audley to other people about the good caring service it provides. The flow of care is better when we have consistent staff. We have needed to remind staff at times to tidy up after themselves and to make sure my husband's leg bag is connected properly before the carers leave. Could be a problem if I was out.
