The carers are lovely. The family would like Total Living Care to keep in touch if there is a problem.

Excellent care agency. Management is very accommodating if time changes re: visits of carers are requested re: appointments. Cares are always polite and meet Mum's needs with dignity and their sense of humour is exceptional. They really do go above and beyond the call of duty.

Early in the year, my husband had a grand mal fit (first one). The carer kept her cool, made him safe, called 999, kept me cool and waited until the paramedics arrived. I cannot praise her enough for her calm, professional and caring behaviour.

I have found all the carers coming to help with my husband very good. It would be nice if I heard from the office more as sometimes I don't know which carers are coming, but having said that, when I ring them, they are very helpful. No problems.

My mother and I are extremely impressed by the calm, friendly and compassionate nature of the care workers. They are very helpful and considerate of my mother's problems and seem both professional and sincere in their treatment.

The care my mother receives is excellent. The carers are in contact with me regularly, and we share Mum's care between us.

Our experience id carers prior to Total Living Care has at times bee disheartening. Total Living Care has, however, restored our confidence, they care highly recommend by someone, and they have lived up to their well-deserved reputation.
