I am satisfied with the care I get.
I have found all bluebirds staff polite and helpful, and easy to engage with.
Professional and dignified care.
My wife and I are over 96. She has total short term memory loss and I have multiple conditions/medications. However we manage to stay together at home in large part due to daily support in all sorts of ways by Bluebird carers who tackle whatever needs to be done cheerfully and sympathetically.
The review was very thorough and the manager provided a lot of helpful information about people suffering from dementia. We discussed Mum's wandering off and how to reduce this. Several very constructive suggestions were made and it left me and my sister very reassured that with the help of the staff and also O.T coming in, Mum would be well looked after. The staff were very approachable and supportive and we feel happier now.
I am very pleased with the service and have no complaints. I like to tell the carers what I want for each visit. They are really flexible, listen to my needs and help me in so many ways. Very pleased. I am aged 99.
As an elderly male (90+) and still largely living independently and alone, I value the personal, friendly contact that Bluebird Care carers bring to me. I therefore like to have a regular schedule of the same carer at the same time each day. It seems that Bluebird carers were having difficulty in giving this level of organisation; I have no complaints about the actual carers.
Generally satisfied with the service provided by Bluebird Care Bromley.

Mum's carer is absolutely wonderful. Mum describes her as extremely capable, efficient, friendly, good company, all around a nice person. She's become a good valued friend. We count ourselves very fortunate to have been paired with such a lovely carer.
Bluebird Care has always provided excellent personal care but always go above and beyond whenever we have had a crisis, supporting Mum and the family with practical care and emotional support.
Good to have face-to-face contact with a member of office staff. Able to discuss issues and concerns openly. Very pleasant meeting.

I have had ladies from Bluebird for three months now, for one hour each morning. At the beginning I used to receive a letter telling me who would be coming and at what time, this has now stopped. The ladies are kind and helpful, but I do wish I knew what time they were coming. I am happy for any time between 8am - 9:30 but 10am is rather late for my breakfast.
Bluebird has provided a very reliable service. They have never not shown up. The carers are kind and professional. No hesitation in recommending it.
