I came home after fracturing my femur so had impaired mobility. I needed help with anything that demanded bending down ie shoes, socks, putting out rubbish, making beds, feeding the cat etc. The carers have been excellent, efficient, friendly and caring.I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care.

I cannot rate this company highly enough, they are both professional and highly personable in all interactions with my mother. All the team have been a delight to deal with. A 100% satisfaction from my Mum and me!

Bluebird carers are simply amazing. Not only do they do what you ask to be done, they think about what more can be done. They take a huge pressure off me and give my mum the best care possible. Very satisfied.

As a family, we have greatly valued the support Bluebird Care has put in place for my parents. They have been able to develop a good relationship with their main carer, combined with support from other carers and additional support when needed. All the carers have been excellent, helpful and professional.

Overall, Bluebird Care provide an excellent service, whether it be on the phone with the office or with the carers that visit my mother.

Professional and helpful service from all carers. When a change of carer is needed at short notice, it would be helpful if they could call out their names on entering the house, especially if they haven't visited before. Hope you will review the need to charge for appointment unless a month's notice is given to cancel. Still feel this is excessive, especially on death or emergency admission to hospital, A&E etc.

We have been using Bluebird Care for over six weeks now and have nothing but praise and gratitude for the wonderful care, kindness and thoughtfulness we have received. All the carers have been absolutely delightful. We are advised a week in advance as to who will be attending - if there are any changes, we are informed. The times the carers will arrive are always honoured which we have found most helpful; again, if there are to be any changes, we are informed and consulted. Based on our experience, we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this Company.

The staff are all very kind and friendly. Bluebird Care has understood and accommodated our needs. We are very happy with their service to date and are grateful to have their service in place. They are flexible in how they help and will turn their hand to either cleaning or caring and they will adapt accordingly.

Our experience with Bluebird Care has been absolutely fantastic. One member of staff, in particular, was so kind and helpful when we were first trying to set up a care package for my dad and has continued to check in with us during our first week. Our four carers are all absolutely lovely - I work in healthcare myself and they are definitely a cut above the norm and the whole service has felt absolute value for money. Could not recommend Bluebird more highly if you are looking for care at home.

Called several home care agencies in the hope of getting urgent and ongoing home support for my mother-in-law after a fall leaving her on the floor for many hours. Bluebird Care responded and although phoning at 11 am on Friday, at 1 pm a member of staff was at Mother-in-law's home to undertake an assessment of needs. She was professional and courteous, obviously skilled in her questions in order to get the most information to provide a comprehensive care/needs plan. She was able to get an urgent care plan sorted to commence the next day at three visits per day. She looked around the house at potential risk factors and even 'smelt' a UTI, suggesting the GP be contacted for some medication, something the carers would do in the future. All in all, an excellent service - from both subsequent carers' visits (which my mother-in-law looks forward to) and from the member of staff who averted an ongoing crisis and lessened the stress levels of family members who are not local.

The team at Bluebird Care looked after my parents over a 5 year period. At all times, they were extremely professional, efficient and caring. They worked with us and showed complete flexibility as when required and always provided carers that matched not only our parents needs but also their personalities. I would highly recommend Bluebird to others.

As a family, we are extremely happy with the care BlueBird has provided. Our live-in carer is superb and has provided my husband with the support he needs since his accident. She is very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be with. I couldn't recommend BlueBird more highly.

My father-in-law was taken ill suddenly and Bluebird Care took over looking after him and my mother-in-law when NHS homecare ended. The Bluebird managers were outstanding in their effort and patience in helping my parents-in-law, the daily carers were pleasant and attentive and all Bluebirds reliably dealt with any issues as they arose. We were very happy with the service provided.

Bluebird Care has provided care for many of our clients over the past twelve years and I have to say they are one of the most respected care providers. Their staff are well-trained, always conscientious and offer the highest standard of care. When we are asked for recommendations, Bluebird Care are consistently the top of the list.

My mother was in the care of Bluebird Care at her home in Buckinghamshire for thirteen years from 2011 to 2024. Care was limited at first because she and her daughter (my sister) were just housebound but were still mobile at home. As time went they needed more care and my sister went into hospital and died in the summer of 2020. However, although my mother was aged 101 at the time, her morale supported by Bluebird Care was good enough to keep her going for another four years. During the later part of the period, the care staff also had to operate mobile and later fixed winches to lift her in and out of bed and into her chair. Finally, for the last six months of her life, she needed 'live in' care. Since I live 200 miles away, latterly her only relation and could only make occasional but regular visits, I was very much dependent on Bluebird Care between visits to 'keep the show on the road.' My mother's survival to the age of 105 is, in itself, a measure of success.

Had a few teething problems but they were acted upon immediately. The care assistance has really helped me get the right balance and improve the well-being for both me and Mum.
