We used Home Instead during June, July and part of August 2024 until my husband was taken into hospital. We were visited by agency members who talked through our needs and gave us helpful advice. We had support twice a week to make my job as a carer easier. The Home Instead carers were excellent, helpful and thorough and efficient - they were a pleasure to have in our home. We felt they had been specially chosen to fit into our lifestyle. Thank you Home Instead, I have absolutely no reservations about recommending you to others.

I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Home Instead following a spell in hospital with a broken pelvis and wrist. I have been lucky to have one carer for all the visits. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we have formed a red friendship. Thank you, Home Instead.

Home Instead's care professionals step in when life becomes challenging and provide friendly and consistent care to the highest standard. Unlike other agencies you know who is visiting each day from a small dedicated team and your loved one has the comfort of a familiar friendly face on each and every visit. My mum received excellent care and looked forward to the carer's visits.

You have recently started daily visits to my elderly mum, who whilst independent in lots of ats, requires prompt and helpful day-to-day tasks. Your carers are simply perfect for her as she is very jolly and needs and enjoys socialising. Simply perfect, you have enhanced her life and given me reassurance that there are others who I can work with to ensure she is safe and happy.

My caregivers and myself have agreed that my husband has declined lately, they are so patient and caring and are all we wanted in carers. I find no cause for any concern as am very satisfied with my husband's care.

Home Instead (Bournemouth) were a massive help not only to my parents but myself. Given I live in Australia trying to look after two ageing parents remotely was becoming harder and harder. The team from Home Instead were fantastic in terms of their professionalism and also in the way they communicated with myself. Sadly my fathers health deteriorated rapidly making things very difficult but the team remained flexible and very helpful. I cannot recommend the team from Home Instead (Bournemouth) highly enough. I am very grateful for everything they did for my parents.

Home Instead (Bournemouth) has provided a very reliable and exceptional service during the two years they looked after my mum. We have so appreciated Home Iinstead. They made our move to the area so seamless and worry free. They were able to pick up caring for Mum straight away at a high standard. They have all worked so hard to provide the very best care for Mum, despite her challenging behavioural eccentricities! They were able to adapt seamlessly when needed. Communication was excellent always paying attention to detail. I would have no hesitation recommending Home Instead to anyone as a ‘rolls Royce’ option in the area. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness.

Home Instead (Bournemouth) have been a godsend for me as I live 300 miles away from my dad, who was struggling on his own. I have nothing but praise for all their staff, from the office to the carers. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the communication with me was fabulous. Thank you, especially to Dads favourite.

It was nice to have help and care in my own home after my operation. I looked forward to the company each day (Monday - Friday). Six weeks soon passed and I would use them again, when needed.

Home Instead has recently provided a fantastic service to my mother, who needed home care because of deteriorating Alzheimer's. From the moment of contact, they were efficient and caring, assessing needs and quickly organising home visits whilst staying in good contact via the app and phone calls. Mum's carers were kind and helpful, whilst being a much-needed company. The whole team were also very understanding and knowledgeable in dealing with dementia as well as being compassionate to quickly changing health. A huge thank you to you all for your support over a very difficult six months.

Home Instead (Bournemouth) were wonderful with my mum. They were so genuine in their care and concern and made my mums last weeks more comfortable for her. The staff that came couldn't do enough to help and proved to be a great support for my dad and me too. Totally professional, kind and helpful. They were a godsend, I never expected such a high standard of care and always with a sincere wish to go all the possibly could. They went above and beyond.

The most professional, organised and caring agency that has been to my mother. An excellent manager of a well trained and experienced team, who ensured all care needs were met. Excellent pre-assessment was undertaken followed by good care planning and record keeping. The family is always involved and kept updated of any change.

Mum has received great care from her team of carers at Home Instead. They arrive promptly at the start of the arranged times and care for Mum with kindness, diligence and one-to-one personal care. She continues to benefit from their care and it makes a real difference to her day, she knows all her carers by name and looks forward to their arrival at the beginning and end of the day. Although their prices are nothing different from others, their cares are on a different league and are to be wholly recommended.
