View Full Details of Network Healthcare - Care at Home DursleyNetwork provide care for my mum and they are brilliant. They've become so important to us and Mum adores her carers. Everyone we've met has been fantastic and the office can't help you enough. Couldn't be happier with the support.
I've had some lovely carers who I can have banter and fun with and have enjoyed their visits. I've now had a carer, who talks rudely and unkindly towards me and makes me feel angry and upset, as I've not deserved the way I'm talked to. The carer has made the decision that I should wash myself and do everything for myself apart from some assistance with dressing and leaving medication in a pot on the table and leaving. I've phoned the office to inform them about the carer's rude and unfriendly behaviour towards me, but nothing changes. The times the carers arrive has started getting later through the morning, and I'm left wondering if they're even going to be turning up. I'm told that I should be getting myself sorted before they arrive and that they're not here to assist me with washing myself, etc. even though it's in my care plan. It's such a shame as it started so well and I was pleased with my care at the start, but it has begun to go downhill.
I enjoy all visits as we always have topical conversation and a laugh, I regard them as friends, are fully reliant on their excellent care.
From up until just after Christmas the care was exceptional but due to an intake of new staff the care quality has gone down. There seems to be a lack of communication. Although Mum doesn't speaks they expect her to just open her mouth to eat and that's not the case. The carers that have been coming from the beginning converse with her and that must make the job easier because she is awake and aware.
All the carers are professional. They are caring and my dignity is paramount at all times. I am very satisfied with the care I receive. Thank you.
