I have been impressed with the care provided by Home Instead Sutton. My grandmother was initially reluctant to receiving care but now looks forward to the days that her carers visit. They have put the smile back on her face! They are well matched and are responsive to her needs. They have worked hard to get to know her and although supportive, ensure that she remains as independent as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead.

Home Instead (Sutton) have been an absolute Godsend in the care of my sister-in-law. My husband and I live out of the country for part of the year and Home Instead have been reliable, caring, supportive and have provided great feedback about their visits. We can be confident that my sister-in-law is in great hands and has all her needs met with professionalism and kindness. My sister-in-law was paired with a carer who she now considers a friend. Home Instead went out of their way to make sure that she would get along with her carer and our experience couldn't be better.

Home Instead have been excellent in the care and attention they have given my mum. They always go the extra mile to make sure her needs are met. Polite and friendly carers and I am always kept informed with regards to the visits. My mum looks forward to the days when the carers come. The company are extremely professional and the carers are very well trained.

Having previously used Home Instead to provide homecare for my Mum several years ago, they came to mind when trying to organise similar care for a reluctant, but very needy, elderly neighbour. Home Instead were great from first contact with good communication and an interest in understanding the client and providing what they needed. The lady in question was German by birth so Home Instead managed to match her with a carer who spoke German - this seemed to help because the lady's clarity of communication was getting poorer as she got older. Sadly the relationship did not last as long as we hoped, as the neighbour passed away not long into the arrangement. During the short time we were engaged with Home Instead it was a pleasure to work with them and we felt it took a load off of our shoulders and gave comfort to her relatives, who all live in Germany. We would recommend Home Instead to anyone interested in seeking homecare support for a loved one.

I have been extremely impressed with the care my mum has received from Home Instead. From the very beginning, their communication, feedback, and collaborative approach have stood out. The care team works closely with us to continuously adapt my mum's care package, ensuring that it evolves as her needs change. A particularly noteworthy moment was when my mum had a fall and needed to go to the hospital. The team quickly adapted her care package, increasing the support needed to help her recover and return to a more stable and enjoyable quality of life.One member of staff, in particular, has been incredibly understanding, patient, and thorough in her responses. Her attention to detail and commitment to my mum's care have been exemplary. I highly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for a trusted and caring provider for their loved one. Their dedication to improving care and providing personalised support has made all the difference.

Home Instead (Sutton) have been providing care at home for my aunt since October 2023. We were particularly impressed with the care and attention of the first visit at home with the manager who listened carefully to her needs which shaped her personal care package. This was followed by personal introductions to the care professionals who deliver my aunt's care each day. This careful 'matching' has really helped my aunt form very good relationships that have helped her remain at home, feel valued and cared for, while retaining her dignity and individuality. Home Instead have shown excellent administrative practices and frequently check on progress and any queries raised. Apart from providing reliable excellent care professionals, their office based staff work hard in the background, swiftly responding to any urgent matters. As my 99-year-old aunt's next of kin, I have the security and peace of mind that she is safe and happy and have no hesitation in recommending their 5* service.

We previously had experience of Home Instead as a care provider for my husband's father. The branch in another area provided several years of excellent service for him. With this in mind, we had no hesitation in seeking out our local service provider in the area. We were not disappointed. Home Instead Sutton stepped in to support Mum who was 96 years old at the time, fiercely independent and wanting to stay in her own home. They helped her with getting up and dressed, prepared meals and made sure she took her medication. Over time we upped the visit frequency as mum got used to them and needed additional help. All the care professionals were superb, they were friendly caring and compassionate and Mum quickly formed close bonds with all of them. They attended to Mum's personal care and made sure that her diginity was always paramount. Once Mum moved to a care home, we continued to have their support while she settled in, they were a great help in assisting Mum to adapt to her new surroundings.

After six months, we are still reasonably new to home care services, but we have found Home Instead Sutton to be absolutely fantastic with the care they provide for my mother. There is very good communication from both the office staff and the care pro ladies. They come in twice a day to guide my mother through two difficult times of the day for her. It is difficult to help people who have had their independence all their lives and then need to rely on others to get washed etc. Mum’s carers seem to manage it with the dignity she deserves, and for that I am grateful. Long may our relationship with Home Instead continue.

Home Instead has been providing companionship for my mum for 18 months. They have sent the same companion every week which has allowed my mum to build a real friendship with her. The whole team at Home Instead really cares about my mum's well-being. I live abroad and it is such a relief to have someone local I can call on if my mum needs extra support.

I’ve been very happy with the care provided since we started using Home Instead in October 2023. The carers are very thoughtful friendly and considerate and take into account that my mum is very hard of hearing. She was very reluctant at first to have anyone else other than me take care of her. She is now very happy getting on well with all her ladies.

I’ve been using Home Instead Sutton for a year and I have found their service to be excellent. My care professional is well-matched and is a great help to me on her visits. She really understands my needs and gives me great support on days where I’m not feeling 100%. The care manager and team are always there to talk to and give me any support I need. I would not be in the position I am today without their kindness and understanding.

We have been using Home Instead for about 18 months and overall they are excellent. Both mum and I are very very happy with the service provided. Every Care Provider that mum and I have been introduced to have all been really attentive and and thoughtful of my mum's needs. They are always punctual and are always very clean and tidy. Most of all they are always smiling when they arrive, which is lovely. Home Instead also reviews the client's needs every few months, which is really good.

I can report that I have been kept fully informed and that my Mother is receiving care which gives me more confidence for the future of her needs. This is early days with a progressive illness and will need to be understood as we go forward.

We are very pleased indeed with the care provided by this outstanding organization. The caregivers are excellent, caring and have ongoing relevant training. They are carefully chosen to match my mother's interests and personality and work hard to provide care and companionship based around her needs and hobbies. There is good communication between ourselves and the people who work in the office and any queries and requests are dealt with helpfully. I couldn't recommend Home Instead Sutton more highly.

Two of the staff of Home Instead gave companionship to my wife over several months in 2022 and 2023. They completed each other, with one giving practical assistance, hair care, nail care, etc. The other did art and literature to a high standard. I am sure their services greatly helped my wife who interacted well with them and enjoyed their visits.

I have used the services of Home Instead Sutton since October 2022. I am aged 82 and recognise that I could need some help with activities of daily living following knee surgery. As a retired nurse was impressed to see that Home Instead was rated outstanding by CQC. I contacted the care manager and she suggested that I ring once I had a date for my surgery and she would come to meet me at home. She took a full medical history and asked about my interests and how I liked to plan my day. I felt confident about the care and support I would receive. I would not hesitate to recommend Home instead.

Home Instead have been providing care for my mother for the past two years. Each of her 3 carers have shown exceptional kindness and empathy to her during this time. Both office-based staff and her direct care staff pulled out all the stops to get cover for my mother when she recently needed extra cover. I live 40 miles away from my mother and am only able to visit her once a week. Home Instead have given me peace of mind throughout the past 2 years. They keep me appraised of my mother's health and well-being and enabled my mother, who is 100 years old, to stay in her home for longer than would have been possible had it not been for their help. I cannot recommend this company and those they employ strongly enough. I thank all who have been involved in caring for my mother.

After my mum was discharged from hospital, she needed round-the-clock care which Home Instead provided. Every carer treated her with kindness and dignity and kept me fully informed. Along with personal care, they managed mum's medicines, contacted the GP when they were concerned that some were no longer needed and liaised with the physios about mum's mobility. They patiently encouraged and reassured mum and with their care her health began to improve. Thank you Home Instead, I don't know how we would have managed without you.

Home Instead Sutton's service made it possible for my aunt to continue to live in her own home for a year longer than would otherwise have been the case. She has now gone into residential care, due to medical needs, but was able to remain at home into her mid-90s, with Home Instead support. She is a very private and exacting person and Home Instead worked hard to meet her needs, whilst not overstepping her boundaries. They also kept her family fully informed about their input. They were very flexible during the transition from domiciliary to residential care, when there was some uncertainty for a few weeks about her future. I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead Sutton.

Home Instead has provided excellent service. They have provided a very flexible service as care requirements change frequently and they are always happy to help in any way they can. The communication with the main office has been very responsive. All the carers that I have met have been professional, caring, friendly and empathetic.
