I have had Caremark services for the last 10 days. I found them very caring. They do a marvellous job and treated me with dignity.
My wife's carers still continue to give her the best of care. They are all friendly, reliable and inform me of anything I need to know regarding my wife's health and it's peace of mind for me to know they are looking after her.
Although I have only been with Caremark for a short time, I cannot find fault with the care I have received. All the carers who have been to me, have been exceptionally caring, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them especially my regular carer. The only concern I have is that I would prefer an earlier call, ideally I would like 9.00am for my call as 10.50/11.00am is rather late for a get up call but it is what it is. Other than that I have no other concerns and I am highly satisfied.
Mum has 4 visit a day since having a stroke 3 years ago. The carers at Caremark have continued to be a massive support, not only with care and support but also for mum's well being. Our regular carers make mum's day happy, they chat to her, make her laugh and genuinely care. Cannot thank Caremark enough, they are professional, kind and caring. Thank you.
The two regular carers I have are excellent. They go above and beyond with their care. When they are off, the carers are unreliable, they turn up way passed my original times and do not care as well.
Excellent service provided, however, having to travel extensively, times were varied and costs very high compared to a more local provider.
She has been using Caremark for the last 3 months and I am delighted with the service given by her helpers.
A lovely team of carers. Friendly helpful and considerate. However sometimes I feel short-changed because one carer does not always stay for the length of time I am paying for. Most carers ask if there is anything else I need before leaving but she doesn't.
I cannot thank my carers enough they are kind, very helpful, and patient with me, well-mannered, and know what they need to do. They both are very nice, my only concern is when they don't come here the carers that come, as very nice as they are, are not sure of my medication and I have had to help with it but overall perfect.
My carers are always kind and do what I ask them to do, such as help wash me or help me to the commode.
I find all the carers very nice and I get on well with them all!

My care is excellent with regular carers allocated. but yesterday (24/06), not for the first time my regular carers were put on another assignment without notice to myself. I suffer from anxiety and when this happens it causes me undue stress. I understand about sick absences, vacations, etc but this was not one of those situations. Please can Care Mark keep the regular carers on the routes both the carers and clients are used to, this helps avoid delay, and stress and helps both parties.
The overall care varies depending on the carers allocated. New carers need more training in English, how to use a microwave, the names of items of food e.g. eggs, and basic cooking. Allocated times are not always adhered to. My night call was always 9:30 pm the last few months it can varied between 8 pm and 10 pm. Few careers are very good and able to do things without being asked to.
My home care was altered when I came home from the hospital. The service I have had before and after has been quite good and very helpful.
The carers are fantastic, so kind and helpful. They chat with me while doing my legs which is good company. I enjoy seeing them all. They look after my legs putting cream on and pressure socks.
I am very happy with the service provided and find that the carers are lovely. Very nice and helpful. My husband and I are very pleased with the help provided.
Excellent service and intelligent, polite and caring. Very informative, very chatty and reassuring. Always punctual, no job too small all in all a very good service which I'm pleased with, does really good egg and toast.
