Been received support from Liberty Care Flintshire for 3 years. All the staff are excellent and treat me with respect and dignity and make a difference in my life, have a laugh and a joke uplift my day. The carers come out in all weather and help everyday.

Excellent customer care. First class service from all their staff. Very supportive. Liberty Care Flintshire have become a part of our family. Delighted. Nothing is too much trouble, they always have a smile to cheer my Mum up in the morning, sometimes even a sing song. I live away and only manage to get down once a month. They give me peace of mind, money cannot buy that. Liberty Care you simply are the best.

If you need carers you are probably not at your cheerful best. Liberty Care not only provide the best care possible for my wife, they keep her happy and cheerful. The laughter from her room when the two carers are in there brightens up our home. She looks forward to their visits whether she is in pain or not. Both management and staff are very helpful particularly when they adapt their visits to fit in with things like hospital visits. I cannot commend Liberty Care enough for the care they give to my wife and myself.

Both parents receive care at home from the wonderful Liberty care team. They are very professional, respectful and bring joy and that little bit extra to their day. I was recommended Liberty Care by my sister-in-law when my wife came out of hospital and I have found the ladies in the care team who call 4 times a day friendly and supportive. They keep me informed of any changes in my wife's condition and any concerns I pass on to the District Nurses. I notice they also keep an eye on me, am I coping ok?. We are very pleased with the service they give and I could not possibly manage without them. Thank you Liberty Care. Excellent.

I wish to record the excellent care given to my wife during the past year by Liberty Care, Mold. This has made a big difference to the quality of not only my wife's life but mine also. Worth a mention also, our surprise at receiving a visit last Sunday morning by a carer in the most atrocious weather conditions. Well done.

When my Dad was discharged from hospital he needed some assistance and the social workers allocated Liberty Care. The carers treated my Dad with dignity and respect and always asked him what he wanted or needed. The staff were very caring and kind and made suggestions to improve my dad's independence. I would like to thank all the staff for the care and support they gave my Dad during the last 12 months.

I was recommended Liberty Care by two of my friends who can't speak highly enough of the company. I am thrilled with the care and kindness shown to my mum. Although my mum only has two visits a week, the ladies are always kind caring and supportive and help Mum with small tasks in the house but they also have great chats and laughs. She enjoys seeing each one of them and being as I've recently had some surgery, their visits have been peace of mind for me. A great friendly and professional company. Thank you.

Every member of the care team that has visited and cared for my mum has been brilliant, very friendly, offered a lot of support, We are able to keep up to date with the app, the carers show concern for my mum when she is a bit down or feeling unwell, offering lots of advice, they make her laugh and make the visit a lot of fun while taking their work very seriously, we could not do without them.

My husband has been very pleased with the care provided. Any minor issues that have arisen have been settled and the carers are only too pleased to discuss them with my husband. We have found all the carers to be very helpful and instruct me to contact the district nurses if they are concerned anything medical that should be raised with them.

I contacted Liberty Care following a recommendation. I was looking for extra help for my dad and from the start they were a very easy and approachable company to deal with. I have found them to be professional and empathetic. All the staff I've met have been great and more importantly, my dad is comfortable with the visits and the care levels they provide. Doing an extra bit such as making a fuss of his dog is an added bonus. There is good communication to myself about how things are or any concerns they have. The app is a superb tool to have and it's a relief for me knowing dad is being well looked after.

Liberty Care have been helpful and responsive since our first point of contact. Mum's care plan has been fulfilled 100% in terms of attendance at allocated times. The level of care she has received has been first-class. Carers are kind and patient with both Mum and Dad. Mum is the one receiving the care but both Mum and Dad look forward to the care visits because it brightens their day. The carers not only do their job, they go above and beyond by being chatty and bringing some joy into Mum and Dad's daily life which has changed dramatically since Mum had her stroke.

Just wanted to say thank you for giving me peace of mind. The whole staff of carers are to be thanked for the amazing care and respect they give to my Mum whom they visit at her home. At 97 years old she can be demanding however you give her the freedom to stay in her own bungalow and this is why your work. Your understanding and your care mean a lot. The app is also a great tool so I can check the care log after the carer visit mornings and evenings. I appreciate all of you and without your help, I don’t know where we would be.

Liberty Care is the most brilliant care provider. Their staff are excellent, totally reliable and genuinely caring. I honestly couldn't have coped without them. Mum has been delighted with all of the staff she has met. Every contact we have with the company is dealt with very professionally, which gives us confidence that the care visits are of the same high standard. The fact that we can see a pretty much real-time record of the visit on the app is such a bonus. We’re very impressed with them.

Liberty Care has never let us down and we have been customers for over 12 months. Staff are all trained and consistent. The internal communication is effective and everyone is up to date. The team are all friendly and courteous; always smiling and kind to client and family. The Management team are effective and efficient, all correspondence is managed quickly and professionally. I've found each of the carers attending to my father very friendly, caring and helpful. Initially, my father wondered why they weren't always on time, but now he understands that, just as his requirements may vary from day to day, so do other people's. Now he's had time to get used to different people coming into his house, he's much more settled.

Liberty Care is our go-to home care provider whenever we go away on holiday and need someone to check in on my father. Originally recommended by a friend, we've now been using their services for the past two years for cover ranging from a few days to a month at a time. This extra peace of mind, helps us enjoy our holidays and ensures my father has a regular visitor. Arranging cover is easy and Liberty Care are flexible if plans change - which has happened a couple of times. The staff members working for Liberty Care are polite, cheerful and very efficient. Again, this is a significant factor when we have come to re-book their services.

Carers are friendly and we enjoy a laugh with them which is a great way to start the day. We know they are reliable and understand our son's physical needs. They have formed a good relationship with him and us and care about us all. They are always professional. During the recent bad weather, they haven't once let us down. The office staff are friendly and helpful and any query is quickly dealt with. We are regularly asked to provide feedback on the care that they provide which is most reassuring. The fact that they are a local company enhances the experience. We all value the care they provide and the manner in which it is provided.
