Sadly, owing to the poor mental health of our friend, this arrangement proved very awkward for him to accept. However, Everycare tried hard to make the plan work, right from the start of the arrangement, through to its completion. The staff were always trained, friendly and focused on giving the care our friend needed, despite the mental health issues making the situation difficult. The staff raised health issues promptly and directly with the doctor's surgery, arranged the necessary medical visits, and kept us informed of any developments or changes. They cooked and cleaned for our friend, and made a big difference to his home, keeping it fresh and tidy. I would not hesitate to use Everycare again if the need ever arises.
Everycare provided kind, experienced and well-trained nurses. They always arrived on time and got on very well with my parents. They helped my father wash and dress; they also did the ironing, changed the sheets, made teas and coffees, and took my mother shopping. I strongly recommend Everycare.
We enjoyed two visits a day for three or four years from Everycare’s diligent and friendly carers, until (eighteen months ago) Mum’s mobility and dementia worsened. The time had come for a full-time, twenty-four seven live-in carer and Everycare delivered a super one, demonstrating unique insight to provide the 'right match' for what was critical for Mum moving forward. Some companies lose sight of the customer, prioritising profits over care needs. When that occurs, one sees over-engineered processes and inflexible, unhappy staff. Everycare aren’t like that. They don’t compromise on care. Their culture is being supportive, pragmatic and proactive; from highly visible and contactable management, right through to those carers on the front-line responding to every little detail of Mum’s constantly changing care needs. Securing a company to care for the needs of elderly parents is a challenging and worrying time. We were fortunate to find Everycare and I fully recommend them as one of the best care providers around.
Throughout the years that Everycare looked after my parents who had dementia, they were very reliable, professional, person-centered and flexible with the ever changing needs of their conditions. If there were concerns with a deteriorating health condition then the management team would inform me. I met numerous carers during my visits and found them all to be friendly, respectful and focused on the welfare of my parents which culminated in 24 hour care which was excellent. As a son, I always felt content in the knowledge that they were well cared for and would not hesitate in recommending this agency.
We have only recently started using Everycare to help with my husband's personal care each morning and evening but apart from everyone having to get used to each other, as is normal, we have been very pleased with the care given to my husband. I cannot say any more at this stage.

Everycare were always very friendly and approachable in all aspects of my aunts care and raised any alarms for her wellbeing in a timely fashion. Even taking into consideration her personality and matching her with the relevant carer. One carer, in particular, had a great rapport with my aunt, joking with her but taking no nonsense from her in a loving and caring manner. I would like to thank all the team; you have been fantastic. I soon felt that my auntie was being looked after extremely well, which also took the stress off myself. We have been using the Winchester Everycare since 2016 and have been very impressed with the service. The carers are an asset to the company and always very professional. The manager is always very helpful and supportive whenever we need extra care or have any queries. The flexibility is very beneficial to us, we have had to have live-in care since summer 2020 and alternate weeks with a family member. This has worked very well. Using Everycare has meant keeping father in his own home, although probably more expensive than a home this is his wish and he is very happy to be able to be at home, this would not have been possible without them. Coupled with Covid situations being at home has enhanced his well-being and in no way have any quality of care been compromised in any way. Well done Everycare!
The service my 82-year-old mother has received from Everycare staff has been outstanding. All their carers are professional, warm and empathic. They have been excellent at ensuring that my mother eats healthily, that she has company and that she remains active. During an extremely challenging time they have kept her safe, well and happy. She would regard them as friends as well as carers, which is high praise indeed.
I cannot thank the Everycare team enough, management are organised and efficient yet approachable and willing to make adjustments to the care if needed, even at short notice. My father cannot use a phone so during lock down communication has been difficult, however the Everycare team are always happy to pass on messages from family. Every care worker has been kind, compassionate and very tolerant in their daily care of my father. They quickly assess what is required and do whatever is needed. General care of the house is also done well. We have had a good team of three or four care workers who have got to know my father and the house well and so I am reassured that continuity of care is maintained. This last year has been extremely difficult for everyone and yet I have been confident that Dad’s care has remained constant. Thank you all very much indeed.
From first contact with the manager who made the initial meetings with my father very relaxed and comfortable to our final phone call I was so happy with the kindness, competence and flexibility she offered us all. It was a tricky situation where my fiercely independent father was not keen to accept outside help but I felt that his carers tried hard to meet his needs with great diplomacy. Sadly we only had a short association with EVERYCARE as my father died unexpectedly but I would not hesitate to recommend using this company and in particular speaking to the manager who is outstanding at her job.

Always caring and professional and kept me informed and built up a strong bond with my mother. Punctual and willing to get extras for her - I could trust them to do the right thing for her so I didn't need to worry. The office staff always very pleasant and easy to deal with, kind and supportive.
For nearly two years I have been caring for both my parents who were diagnosed with terminal cancer within a few weeks of each other. My parent's wishes were to die at home with as little medical intervention as possible. My sister and I were only able to carry out both parents wishes with the help, care and support from Everycare. Although we became very fond of a few individuals from the organisation, everyone that came to the house genuinely had their heart in their work.
The care agency provided the lady they were caring for excellent support which relieved stress on me, living remotely. This was a discharge from hospital to home under palliative care and was handled professionally, empathetically and with dignity even during some tough moments, when the client's health deteriorated. Communication to me was good regarding updates and it was easy to contact the firm if I had any questions. I cannot recommend Everycare (Central Hants) highly enough and a huge thank you to all the team.

All the carers are caring and reliable and the regular ones have formed a close relationship with Mum. The staff are always helpful on the phone, offering support when required, even when I rang very early one Saturday morning. I was particularly impressed recently when Everycare stepped up Mum's care temporarily and at short notice to encourage Mum to complete a much needed course of antibiotics. This was achieved successfully. The only improvement that could be made with having the same carers on a more regular basis.
