All staff are well trained and competent. Most of them come from overseas.

My sisters and I have been thoroughly satisfied with the care our mother has been receiving from Bluebird Care Elmbridge & Runnymede since November 2024. Her carer has been wonderful and another staff member has been great. We have nothing but praise for Bluebird.

Bluebird Care Elmbridge & Runnymede has provided carer visits four time per day for my bed-bound husband - personal care etc. for eight months since November 2023. Extremely efficient carers and visits always punctual. I was never let down since I used this service. Highly professional and lovely carers, very kind, patient and sociable... efficient. My husband always looked forward to their visits and was sad to say goodbye. Highly recommended.

Our mum has been looked after by Bluebird for a number of years now, starting with general cleaning and help around the house, then several visits a week for support with personal care. In January 2024 we realised that she needed more support and the Bluebird team was there for us - her needs were assessed, a plan suggested and then implemented very quickly. She now has twice daily visits and we have the reassurance of knowing that carers are regularly going in. The team, both managers and carers, are wonderful - responsive, supportive and professional. We can keep on top of how things are going with the detailed care notes and regular reviews and having met a number of the team I'm so impressed with the very personal approach and how well they know their clients. This fabulous team of caring people are enabling Mum to stay at home which is what she really wants to do, we would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have had care for Dad since July when we started on 3 visits a week and Dad now has live-in care due to his neurological condition progressing very rapidly. The Bluebird team have been amazing at helping us navigate all the continuing changes we experience and we know he is in great care and being taken care of. Thank you so much for your continued help and support!

We have been using Bluebird Care for many years for my mother-in-law. Recently her care needs have greatly increased and Bluebird have exceeded our expectations in the support they have given to us as relatives and mother-in-law as the person receiving care. They actively assisted us in getting my mother-in-law home from the hospital and assessing her care needs. Organising equipment and assessments to fit her new requirements. We have app access to check on her daily health and care. We also have a message group with the office for any general information or extra help needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird.

In June, the family realised Mum needed full-time care. Having already had a successful care package from Bluebird Care, we approached them about live-in care. The lady who is living with Mum is absolutely wonderful. The process felt well managed and safe, and the manager brought the lady and made regular follow-up visits to check all is well. The live-in carer updates open pass 3 x daily, and we have a WhatsApp group. She does a lot to engage Mum and takes her out in her wheelchair. Mum seems a little more alert to her surroundings since we have had live-in care. Mum is happy and settled. Bluebird Care responds immediately if we have questions. We can now be daughters to Mum and are happy she is safe. A wonderful agency.

I really must applaud your agency. The fluidity of care needs as they develop, your quick response at short notice when Mum came home, your care staff and the ease with which you have conducted the assessment and provided well-informed carers who are very much client-centred.

I have been with Bluebird for over three years since going blind in 2019. I was looking for a care company that could provide me with one or more talented cooks, eagle-eyed housekeepers and friendly carers with a good sense of humour. I have been delighted with all these aspects and would recommend Bluebird very highly.

Bluebird have helped my mother for years. They have always been extremely supportive and helpful. She has had consistently good care and has liked all the caregivers. She has looked forward to seeing them and enjoyed them being in her home. If at any time arrangements have had to change because of hospital appointments etc they have been helpful and accommodated the changes. In a world where you worry about an elderly relative they have provided quality safe care and it has been a huge weight off my shoulders.

In 2018 Bluebird Care Elmbridge & Runnymede were chosen to be the carers for my mum and it never ceases to amaze me at the dedicated, loving care they provide. This gives great comfort to my mum as well as providing me with peace of mind that she is in very good hands. They go above and beyond. One of the best decisions I have made.

Bluebird has played an integral part in my grandfather and now grandmother's life for some time now. They are caring, honest, and extremely professional. Their service has meant that both my grandparents have been able to retain some level of independence, crucial for her mental health and wellbeing. They are always quick to respond when urgent care or action is needed and excellent at keeping me updated. My grandmother refers to them as angels. Really couldn't put it better myself.

Bluebird Care has been looking after Mum really well now for several years. As we struggle through Lockdown 3 Mum has remained positive and upbeat. Part of the reason for that has been the care and support she has received from her regular bi-weekly visits from the Bluebird Carers. She finds them 'excellent' and 'very pleasant and she is reassured by their presence saying 'I am not worried about falling'. I have been the main point of contact concerning Mum's welfare with the Bluebird Care office - either by phone or email. They have always responded quickly and been very helpful.

I am very happy with the care provided by Bluebird Care to my Uncle for the last two years. They are always very helpful. We have a regular helper so we have formed a good relationship with them. They know him well and know when something is wrong or he is unwell. They contact me via text, telephone or email should they have any concerns, and have in the past called the doctor for me when my Uncle was unwell. They are always polite and caring, and the office staff are very practical and caring too. It is easy to speak with them and arrange different care, etc. Having Bluebird Care has put my mind at rest knowing someone will see him every day, give him his medicines and make sure he eats his lunch and make a sandwich for the evening. Bluebird Care has continued to provide care for the whole of the Covid year to a high standard using PPE and we have had no problems what so ever. My Uncle and I could not manage without them. I would recommend them highly.

The staff at Bluebird are exceptional. They care about their clients and will do everything in their power to look after them. They have provided an invaluable service and nothing is too much trouble. They have moved mountains to help us during lockdown and I am incredibly grateful to the team there.

Nearly all carers have been very good. Just one or two were not up to standard. They are always very helpful and kind. I have never had so many compliments in my entire life as I have had from Bluebird carers and helpful suggestions.

Carers generally smart and visiting times adhered to. The limited English of some staff may require interpretation. Turnover of staff appears high but is probably in line with the industry. Rates and bills provided promptly. Efficient back office staff.
