All Seasons stepped in with 3 hours notice to care for my Dad, who was on end of life care, after he was badly let down by his previous care agency. The minute they walked in they took away all the stress our family was going through allowing us to spend quality time with our Dad over the last week of his life. Within half an hour of them seeing him for the first time he was washed, changed and shaved beautifully, sadly something his previous agency hadn't managed in a year. All the carers were bright, cheery and friendly, nothing was too much trouble even offering to make me a sandwich. They went out of their way to support us at a difficult time. They always checked whether we needed anything else doing before leaving and kept to a regular time schedule. We are especially grateful to the Care Manager who spent hours in the kitchen typing up a new care plan as the previous agency left us with nothing. We can't put into words how thankful we are, just wish we'd met you sooner.

I would like to thank all season staff who have helped us. The quality of care that you gave to my partner was outstanding! She couldn't wait for your visits (well more in the evenings lol). I wish you all the best in these difficult times.

We had this company for my mum. We had two main carers. One was superb and the other one was dreadful. Unhygienic, lazy, unfriendly, snappy. She was a genuine health hazard. If you are paying full cost for your care keep an eye open because they have a habit of leaving early. Every minute they leave early costs you 40p. We are currently waiting for a refund of approx £150. If you get the bad carer we got then be prepared to go around after her and do the jobs she should have done. She will do whatever she can to avoid jobs so she can leave early. I had to complain about her so many times that in the end, rather than discipline the bad carer they just ditched us. Weak management. If I was you I wouldn't risk it, look elsewhere.
