The care plans put in place for our 94 year old family friend who is in need of assistance to stay in his own home has been excellent from the start. His needs have changed several times since his care plan began and the immediate help available has been so reassuring and helpful. The field supervisors, office staff and emergency contacts are all excellent.

Bluebird Care East Staffs & South Derbyshire has been providing companionship, respite and housekeeping services to my mother for the last six months. We've been really pleased with the care workers, all of whom are thoughtful, caring, respectful and attentive. Nothing has been too much trouble. The organisation, management and scheduling have also been very efficient. We're really happy with Bluebird and would certainly recommend them.

Our carer is exemplary and is a real ambassador for the company. She is a natural, being very gentle in her approach. A wonderful and pleasant personality who is welcome in our home. Having not had the experience of having care, this has really removed the stress from organising this. An excellent and well-capable carer.

Bluebird carers go above and beyond, are always friendly and nothing is too much. The office staff are always available to answer any questions. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Very positive experience of the services. Carers are polite, do everything asked of them and many go the extra mile, for example, playing music my mum likes whilst delivering care.

Very pleased with the service. Staff are very friendly and fulfill tasks set out in the schedule. Mum enjoys the company and likes to have a chat over a cup of tea.
