View Full Details of Rosie Nightingale HomecareRosie Nightingale (RN) provided excellent care for my mother-in-law from early 2021 to February 2024. Initially, 2 times a day, adding more help until they called 4 times a day. All the carers were excellent - caring, professional and punctual. She regarded all of them as her friends. I had no concerns appointments would be missed. Regular carers provided the consistency and reassurance needed and turnover of carers was minimal. The team communicated well so all were aware of changes in my mother-in-law's needs. The carers really were the 'eyes and ears' we needed as we lived 50 miles away. Equally, they would immediately call me if they thought I was needed. They would call for an ambulance if needed and paramedics commented on how good the carers were. It was only when my mother-in-law's doctors confirmed she needed to enter residential care that we had to end our relationship with RN.
Rosie Nightingale Homecare cared for my father for over six years. I think that speaks for itself. All Rosie Nightingale Homecare staff not only care and support but are always reliable. I never had to worry that my father would be left unattended and his visits missed. His care needs increased over the years but one member of staff and all the carers always responded to those needs. Nothing was too much trouble, even when things changed at short notice. One hundred percent recommended!
