View Full Details of Admiral Care Ltd and Admiral Day Care LtdI have had Admiral Care for a few years now, started off looking after my mother then went to looking after both my parents until my mum passed away in July. When my mum became palliative care/end of life they became a massive help and went above and beyond. They helped sort out extra care and even to the point we had a carer in all night sat with my mother, this carer alone was an absolute godsend. They were only a phone call away and would turn up if needed. Now they just look after my dad, and twice a week they pick him up and take him to the day centre. Most of the carers have become more like friends, my dad looks forward to seeing them and they are fantastic with him. They keep me informed if they need to, but I can always just look in the book to see what's going on. But most importantly, my dad is very happy with these coming in four times a day.
Would not recommend at all. The care is poor at best. My poor 99-year-old father left in a wet bed, no food or drink. Avoid at all costs. The care book left was filled with inaccuracies and borders neglect.
Admiral Care have been a huge support to our family since they started looking after my parents in 2016. We will never be able to thank them enough for the care they gave to my father in his final months and they have been wonderful to my mother, treating her as an individual who is important to them when caring for her both at her home and at their day centre. We live away from the area and it is such a comfort to know that with Admiral Care Mum is safe and happy every day. Our experiences over the last 8 years have shown us that we can trust and rely on Admiral Care and we will be forever grateful for the extra mile they always go and the kindness they've shown Mum and our whole family.
