View Full Details of Radfield Home Care Worcester, Droitwich & MalvernRadfield carers helped my late mother with her morning care and evening care needs for about 7 years, my mum was very reserved to personal care and didn't always gel with some carers, although this sounds negative, the company supported Mum in adjusting to having her care needs attended to with decency. Mum also had issues with liking her own routine and if that was slightly altered it would take a while for Mum to get used to things. But my mum did grow to love many of her regular carers like friends and she did look forward to the care visits. The care staff were very respectful and the managers were very attentive when Mum became end of life, they also showed my brother and myself care and compassion. I would definitely recommend their services.
We are very happy with the care provided. The carer who visits my mum-in-law has worked hard to build her trust and confidence, and she looks forward to her visits. Always very helpful and caring in the office too.
Friendly, competent and compassionate caregivers, always arrive with a smile. My mother always looks forward to their visits, always on time and good communication from the office via rota etc, many thanks.
I do think that they treat their clients in a genuine caring manner and try to cater for their individual requirements. It is apparent that situations can change unexpectedly but they do not panic they just sort it the best way. One characteristic of this way of operating is that you feel part of a family, which is a comfort.
I have only been a client for this week and have had good service so far. Carers have been on time and did what was required. They have been very polite and talked with me so overall no complaints with anyone. I am unable to make any further comments as they have only been coming for two days.
Have been using Radfield to support my mother-in-law following a stroke for the last 2 years and have been very happy with their service during this period. She can be a challenging patient on occasions and they show patience and professionalism when dealing with her.
Very happy with the care and support given to me.
Excellent.
Radfield Homecare are very good to help people who are like me and can help people to improve with their mobility problems at their own pace. I have them come in a morning to get me up and again at night to help me with my night-time routine. Nothing is too much trouble for the Radfield team.
The carers are, without exception, very good, caring and compassionate. They are conscientious and friendly and have interacted with my wife and she responds to them.
Carers are kind and caring.
All the carers fulfil my personal needs and keep me good company.
Changing my needs into visits and a timetable is a new experience and is bound to have teething problems. I have an illness which is difficult to predict. From the start of my association with Radfield, I felt confident that I was going to be cared for although my first week was testing my sensitivity to having ‘all male’ attendants. Once I was able to accommodate an all-male situation and try to relax, I understood the logistical problems and admired how well the staff coped with my variable requests. I was never made to feel a nuisance and my problems were dealt with in a very pleasant manner. It is still an issue of shyness with regard to washing which requires diplomacy and patience with an attendant within shouting distance should a problem arise. All the male carers have reassured me that they can be relied upon to be discrete which I sincerely hope is the case. The only criticism or anxiety I have is one of confidentiality and security of the client’s information.
I am pleased with the care.
