Blue Ribbon Community Care carers looking after my mum are fantastic. They're very polite and helpful and the care they give my mum is 5 star. Always on time, keep me updated on any problems with my mum, nothing is too much trouble, am very pleased with the care my mum is getting.

My wife suffered from Alzheimer's for several years, I consequently, provided full-time care for about seven years. For six of these, Blue Ribbon provided the best of care, the last couple of years needing to attend twice a day. A key factor was the continuity of care, with two of the carers covering the whole six-year period and another for the last two years. Having spoken to other carers, I know this continuity is not always the case. Furthermore, the practical and emotional support and advice they gave was invaluable and much appreciated. I am thoroughly satisfied with Blue Ribbon - they made a very difficult time a lot less difficult.

As always, an excellent service, especially as my mother became more frail. Blue Ribbon Community Care also offered support at the end of her life which was much appreciated. Mum enjoyed the cheerfulness and care the team took and I was pleased that she was being so well cared for. Thank you team!

Amazing care for my elderly mother. Staff that genuinely care about the welfare of their clients unlike some other companies we have used in the past. Always punctual for calls, and treat clients with the dignity and respect they deserve. My mum looks forward to her visits. Would highly recommend it!

Blue Ribbon Community Care has been caring for my elderly relative, I was nervous at first but I have total confidence in them now. I live quite far away so it was a concern but they have been really great! I can leave them in charge and have peace of mind, so a big thank you.

My father received care from Blue Ribbon Community Care for over ten years. His life was enhanced greatly by the great personal and professional care he received each day. The carer's practical advice and genuine care gave us confidence and peace of mind when health issues arose. There was always someone to guide me and always someone to make my father smile. Blue Ribbon became part of our family and good friends. They not only cared for my father but were amazing emotional support for us too. The office staff are professional and very empathetic and always there to help with advice and always make that extra effort to accommodate the client's needs and their family. We were very fortunate to have found Blue Ribbon, it made caring for my father so much easier. Blue Ribbon staff played an important, supportive and loving role in my father's last years and I will always be grateful for the positive impact on our life as a family.

My husband was discharged from hospital with a palliative care package in place. Hitherto unknown to me Blue Ribbon provided excellent service - any two from a team of six insured continuity and were professional, caring, reliable, considerate and always encouraging.

We have been really pleased with Blue Ribbon. The carers we now have are wonderful they really care for our dad in the full sense of the work providing physical and emotional support and giving advice to the family. People in the office always respond quickly and efficiently to any problems. We would recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone looking for a reliable caring team.

My mother received domiciliary care from Blue Ribbon in addition to live-in care, during the last few weeks of her life. All the carers were kind, helpful, compassionate and efficient. They treated my mum with dignity and professionalism and I would have no hesitation in using them again. As a family, we were confident Mum was in safe hands and had no worries in leaving her in their care.

I have been using Blue Ribbon for some years to provide home care for my husband, who has terminal cancer and is bed bound. They are completely reliable and go out of their way to help, always ready to respond to requests for one-off extra assistance to allow me to have some time off. We have good continuity of carers, who are all very kind and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Very pleased with the care provided for my 102-year-old father. I live in Scotland so I need the assurance that he is being looked after in his own home. He has a carer going in three times a day to attend to his needs, which is a great reassurance for me.

Blue Ribbon has been looking after my uncle who suffers from dementia and is 94 years of age for over 3 years. The management team have been excellent and very approachable if a problem needs resolving. We have had the same in house carer looking after him throughout this period. She has been very friendly and understanding of my uncle’s requirements. When the carer is given time off the management always replace her with another high-quality carer taking into account my uncle’s needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Ribbon who are a first-class outfit.

Nothing is too much trouble for Blue Ribbon Community Care. They are professional and offer a very personal service. The manager and assistant manager go above and beyond for their service users and we are extremely happy with all their help. The carers are happy and really have put my mother at ease as at times she can be a handful!

This care agency is perfect in every way. Good management, kind carers and continuity of care. My mum is 91and demanding partially disabled. I cannot express how grateful we are for her to be looked after by Blue Ribbon carers.

The management is excellent and very approachable, caring in a friendly understanding way to the service user, family and also their staff. This is a key factor to Blue Ribbob's success. The 3 live-in carers we have had are all high calibre, very experienced, trustworthy, reliable, cheerful and friendly to the service user, his family and friends. Management ensures staff have regular Covid tests and Covid inoculations and provide PPE for them. The staff are given time off and another high standard carer comes with informed handovers.

Blue Ribbon has been looking after my father with dementia for the last 7 years and has always provided the best care possible for him. There is always lots of communication between the staff and myself to make sure my father has everything he needs. I live 45 minutes away so having Blue Ribbon look after him has been a godsend as I know he is in good hands. Thank you

Having suffered the services of Council provided care - I turned in desperation to Blue Ribbon for the care of my mother firstly on a part-time basis and then full-time. Their management are so willing to help, go the extra mile, and be flexible and arrange things very quickly when needed. What can I say about the carers - absolutely outstanding - the care, attention and company they provided to my mother in the last months of her life was exemplary and far beyond my expectations. When my mother slept they cleaned, did the washing and tidied for my mum. The detailed notes they kept on every event was left in the house at all times so I knew exactly what had happened and when. They could be totally fully trusted with my mother's food, cleanliness and tablets. It was lovely going to my mother seeing her peaceful, content and receive the briefing from the carers. Have no hesitation in using Blue Ribbon - outstanding.

My elderly mother has multiple disabilities but is fiercely independent. For years she had refused to even consider having a carer. However since February, she has been receiving personal care from Blue Ribbon, and now has a new lease of life. She loves her carers and loves the fact that they help her to maintain her independence. Since the Covid-19 lockdown Blue Ribbon have literally been life-savers. I can not recommend them too highly.
