We are delighted with the carers and the attention they give my husband. All the carers are so pleasant and cheerful when visiting us. Nothing is a bother. A big thank you to all of them. All the best for 2025.

Staff are always very helpful when emailing. Very quick to reply. Care support very caring and look after my mum very well. Always making sure she is safe. They are very reliable. Christmas party was excellent.

We have been with Tailor Maid since September this year and have found all the carers wonderful. They are kind, go above and beyond and Mum adores them. I would highly recommend them as they do deliver proper care.

I needed care due to an operation and I arranged a care plan for three times a day with Tailor Maid ready for coming out of hospital. They have lived up to my expectations. I liked the fact most of my care is done by the same staff who look at ways to help me beyond doing personal care as I live on my own. The staff know me and if I wanted my family could have seen what they did for me on an app. Which I think is great for families who live far away. I have had no need to complain and would recommend them to anyone as they do deliver proper care.

I have been with Tailor Maid around 3.5 years and found them to be very consistent and reliable. The carers are very good at prompting tactfully when needed. Staff are friendly and helpful and take time to get to know me. I am normally allocated a dedicated carer. Regular reviews are carried out by the supervisors who are also involved in planning of the care and know the clients. I have only had one issue which was addressed immediately and resolved to my satisfaction. Requests for additional support for transport to hospital or vaccination appointments are accommodated if at all possible.

I can only say that I was always treated with kindness and respect by each carer. They treated me with dignity and empathy when I was so ill and challenging to care for. I was never asked to do anything which didn't fit with my values. Of course there were some careers who I connected with more than others, but on the whole, I was always treated with kindness and dignity.

We have found the staff to be helpful and compassionate. They do their best to accommodate our requests on visit times, to fit with our family life. I think they do their best to support not just my husband but me too. They are an invaluable service for us.

We have found Tailor Made Home Care to be professional, caring and very supportive to our ageing mother. All of our initial concerns have been addressed quickly and positively. The carers are punctual and attentive. If I had one criticism it would be that the package would benefit from having the same group of carers attending rather than a wide variety with new ones often appearing. Overall though, very happy. Also would prefer not to pay while client is in hospital.

We are delighted with the care my mum receives. It has made such a huge difference in her life which in turn gives us peace of mind. Everyone who visits is caring, kind and thoughtful and the supervisors are always available should there be any concerns. She loves having a chat and this has lifted her mood. We can't thank everyone at Tailor Maid enough they are amazing.

The Tailor Maid service has passion, compassion and commitment to high-quality care. The management team is responsive to suggestions for minor improvements and tweaks to individual needs. Two-way communication is strong. Routine checkpoints are scheduled for straightforward discussions on changing client needs. Advice is proffered if sought, with clear boundaries on where expertise strays into the work of other professionals. Staff who attend each day are, without exception, wonderful. They bring cheer, happiness and a gentle refusal to be dissuaded from the tasks they must perform. Each brings tales from the outside world, some news and sport and some details of their own lives, to open a window on what is transpiring beyond the client’s limited horizon. The Tailor Maid service has patience for and respect for the client. It maintains an individual’s dignity and self-respect. Nothing is rushed. Choice and decision making is retained by the client as long as appropriate.

I currently live with my mother 4/5 days a week. However, since I started doing this approximately 13 years ago, due to my mother's severe mobility problems, latterly I started to struggle running my day-to-day business and helping my mother. We were recommended Tailor Maid and they have made a huge difference for the good. Delightful staff and I can carry on safe in the knowledge.

I honestly don't know how I managed before I had the brilliant care for Mum that you now provide. I have been a full-time carer for Mum for three years now and her carers are truly hard-working and amazing! All the girls are kind, willing, gentle, friendly and compassionate and they give their all every visit. I would highly recommend Tailor Maid Home Care.

Superb! I was introduced to this team by social services and I am so grateful. From day one they have been so helpful, proactive, supportive and obviously caring. I have total peace of mind knowing they are looking after my father at this difficult time. All of the staff are warm, friendly and considerate. I am actually astounded at the lengths the whole team at Tailor Maid will go to to help us with advice and daily care. As I say, superb.

The care provided by Tailor Maid Home Care is first class and literally, we would not cope without them. Their support means that my mum gets to stay in her own home, which is what she has chosen to do. My mum loves all the carers who come in. She enjoys listening to their chat, whilst getting the help she needs. They know her well so know when extra support is needed and are quick to respond to changing needs.
