Bluebird was already attending a lady in the block of flats where my mother-in-law was a resident. I spoke to her and her daughter about the company and she gave a glowing report so I contacted them and arranged for carers to start at really short notice. My mother-in-law was discharged from hospital on 22nd October and carers started on 23rd October. The caring ladies who came to attend to her were extremely polite, friendly and greeted her with warm smile on every visit which she reciprocated. All of the staff and especially the managerial team, treated us with dignity and respect during an extremely difficult time in our lives. Sadly mother-in-law passed away on 3rd November.

The care for Mum was exceptional, we were so pleased that we swapped care companies to Bluebird when we did. Every single member of staff should be so proud of themselves, as they are a credit to the care profession. I know that Mum enjoyed her time with all of the carers she came into contact with. My sisters and I didn't have to worry about that side of things at all. On behalf of our family, I would like to thank you all for everything you all did for Mum.

Amazing staff at every job role. I have been supported every step of the way and not only helped Mum but helped me with advice and guidance. I would recommend yourself to anyone and I am 100% pleased with the care Mum received.

The Bluebird Care managerial team is absolutely brilliant, offering skilled expertise, compassionate understanding and responsive insight to provide the highest standard of supportive care for Mum's special needs requirements at home. The dedicated Bluebird carers always meet Mum's care support needs with kindness and a warm smile, while brightening her spirits. Effective communication and highly responsive flexibility practiced by Bluebird Care ensures uninterrupted care support as needs change, an invaluable comfort to family. Mum's experience with Bluebird Care has been excellent and we recommend Bluebird Care to others as a first consideration for in-home care support services.

Bluebird Care carers cared for Mum, enabling her to remain at home until the end of her life. The carers were kind, friendly and treated Mum with dignity and respect. Support was also given to the family through a very difficult time. Management was always available and gave invaluable support and advice, particularly regarding other services able to help in our situation. Bluebird carers and management gave an excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone considering care at home!

We have found the carers from Bluebird are all kind, helpful, and conscientious and do their jobs with smiling faces. Waking my husband gently if he has had a bad night and is still asleep when they call. We are both grateful and very happy with all the services provided.

Bluebird Care looked after both my mum and dad over a period of five years, in these years, Bluebird did an outstanding job and I feel they went above and beyond, caring and befriending both my parents and myself. Bluebird was completely reliable and communication was brilliant. I would highly recommend all the team at the Letchworth office.

Carers are punctual, friendly and do an excellent job. It is a really big weight off my mind to know that Mum will be looked after, kept clean and happy. Additional things, such as putting the washing on and cleaning the bath and sink, are a real help. Very happy with Bluebird Care. Thank you.

The carers in this company have changed my life. Their cheerful professionalism lifted me from a depression into a sense of wellbeing and confidence. They are open to any suggestions I make and I feel valued and respected. Office staff equally caring and professional.

Excellent service! Carers are very professional, friendly and sympathetic. They take a genuine interest in Mum and she looks forward to their visits. The company has supported us as a family and given advice when required. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care.

The care in this company comes straight down from the top, to and through the carers to all customers and also their families. All carers treat us with care, compassion, dignity, respect and understanding and have become like our wider family and friends. They enable us to stay in our own home, increasing our quality of life enormously; a prize without measure! My husband and I are both in our late eighties and have between us a number of comorbidities. I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and need hoisting three times daily for some of my various care needs. Bluebird Care Stevenage & North Herts lead personnel gave us excellent advice re the best type of hoist, which was endorsed by my occupational therapist. This has also transformed my life! So I can totally recommend Bluebird Care Stevenage & North Herts without any reservation whatsoever. They are absolute 'tops' and if there were more gold stars to award, I'd give them ten! Thank you, Bluebird from the bottom of my heart.

Bluebird provided excellent care for Mum before she passed. I had no hesitation on asking them to provide care for Dad. The care they give is amazing. They treat Dad with great dignity and respect and take the time to actually get to know him as a person. As Bluebird did with Mum, they are guiding us though as a family, so Dad can be as happy, comfortable and safe as possible. Their support to us as a family is second to none. I trust them implicitly.

Bluebird Care have supported my mother and in turn us for over a year. The individual carers show genuine care and concern, obviously, understand my mother as an individual person with her little quirks and have made us feel that she is in good hands. Each time I have needed to amend her care they have done their best to accommodate and my calls to the office team have been like talking to me as a friend, not just a client. These things may seem small but when you work full time having the carer team also offer family support is in my opinion invaluable. I have already passed on my thanks to the team.

From the initial contact with the administration team in the office, to the follow-up support provided by the carers on the death of our father, Bluebird excelled. Our father required a live-in carer and four additional carers to help with his additional needs. Every carer showed not only great professionalism and expertise but understanding, compassion, kindness and love. My sister and I are indebted to them all and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
