I have found everyone I have met, whether admin staff or helpers, very friendly and willing to please. My overall impression is very good and I am pleased to have this quality of support.
I am very satisfied.
My mother was hospitalised after a fall spending 2 weeks in hospital and extra time in a local convalescence unit. Living alone, a home care package was essential. After discussions with individuals who had recently utilised carer support, I approached Bluebird Care (Worthing). The onboarding process was swift and efficient taking account of Mum's and the family's needs. The service started in January 2021 and included morning visits and additional appointments providing domestic cleaning and bathing. The ability for the family to access daily carer reports were invaluable in obtaining earlier visibility of Mum's needs as often she would not willingly share them. In mid 2023, Mum's health declined and following another hospitalisation is now living in a care home. My mother and her family really valued the caring, dignified and supportive ways every Bluebird team member provided. I would recommend Bluebird to others looking for an effective Care Team.
Bluebird have been consistently professional, caring and deeply compassionate. I have been organising care for my aunt, and she has a little dementia so can change her mind frequently or get confused, the carers have been understanding and the organisation is incredibly tolerant. My aunt reports the carers are highly intelligent and entertaining company. They are flexible and will clean a toilet with as much grace and care as walk and talk with my aunt about things which interest and concern her. I am incredibly grateful for their service and support.
All the carers are lovely, kind, competent and supportive, and they come on time, which is really excellent. They have treated my father with the utmost respect and dignity, and always manage to make him feel he has had a positive experience.

My wife had been in hospital with an abscess on her jaw for 2 weeks. As she has quite bad dementia the hospital insisted that she go into a care home on discharge. She was in Darlington for 4 weeks before I was able to arrange for her to be cared for at home. Since coming home her condition has improved beyond all expectations, entirely due to the wonderful care she has received from Bluebird. I can't find the words to express my thanks.
I have used Bluebird Care (Worthing) for several years. The office staff are super helpful and always go the extra mile to provide a carer at short notice. All the carers are exceptional - competent, kind, thoughtful and, importantly, good company. My cat thinks the carers come just for her and she can't recommend the service highly enough. In August 2020 due to a very nasty fall, I spent three months in hospital and respite care, then returned home with the help of six weeks of community care. Still needing further home care I turned to Bluebird Care Worthing and have since found their standards to be excellent in every way. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
I am very happy with the level of customer service being provided. The staff members that supported me living independently at home have shown to be very supportive and flexible when delivering my needs. The fact that Blurbif Care can directly access the services of my GP on my behalf has proven to be a great asset. My two sons find access to the online system invaluable when reviewing the status of my care.

My mum and dad used Bluebird for the last 4 years until they very recently passed away. The carers are kind, considerate and always went that extra mile to make sure they were ok. They were extremely professional and reliable. If they had any concerns they would call me to discuss anything, but also I knew they could handle any situation in the correct manner. The times offered for care were excellent and they usually turned up on time or if there was a problem would let them know. This was very rare. If it had not been for all the wonderful staff at Bluebird my parents would not have been able to spend the last years together at home. I know that the staff at Bluebird genuinely cared for my parents and for that my brother and I will be forever grateful.
Bluebird have been looking after my mum since 2015. Their service is wonderful. They are extremely professional knowledgeable and well-trained. They treat mum with the utmost respect, kindness and friendship. They always go that extra mile, for example, they have helped her through many emergencies eg falls, illnesses and domestic emergencies. They have adapted the service over the years as her needs have changed. Last year we changed from home visits to a live-in care service, still through Bluebird, which they set up while mum was in hospital. They organised everything, getting the house ready with all the equipment needed and found us a fantastic carer who's been living with mum for over a year now. I don't live locally and I am mum's only child, so I really appreciate everything that Bluebird does for mum. They always keep me fully informed and notify me straight away if there are any concerns or if they need to consult me. I have nothing but praise for this brilliant company.
Bluebird care (Worthing) has been taking care of my elderly and frail Mum for quite a number of years and I've always found them to be kind, caring and helpful. My Mum can be quite challenging to deal with but the carers are patient, gently persistent yet respectful. The team are quick to offer suggestions on how we might make Mum more comfortable and happy so that her quality of life is as good as it can be even though she is now bed-bound. I've been keen to avoid having to move Mum into a nursing home despite pressure from other 'quarters' as I believe being at home in her flat is so much better for her health and mental well-being. If the Bluebird team had not been so good I genuinely don't think this would've been possible.
