Having found myself in need of providing care for my cousin on a regular basis, I approached Burley's Home Care Services to provide this, spoke to the manager who was excellent with a combination of care and process knowledge, we came up with a plan to get my cousin the care he required. They chose a carer to come and see my cousin and it has turned out to be a perfect choice and match. They get on really well and she does everything that she has been asked to do in an exemplary manner.

All carers show a high degree of competence and care towards me in a friendly and relaxed manner. I count them as friends rather than professional carers.

As a family, we have all been delighted with the care my father has received. All the carers are genuinely interested in his needs, likes and dislikes and are friendly, respectful and easy to get along with. Nothing is too much trouble!

We have been using Burley's Home Care for the last six months, one hour a day for my father's personal care. We have been very pleased with the care provided. We have got to know the carers over time and they are all very good, very understanding. They make both our lives much easier. There is always good support if I have any questions or need to change dates.
