Always someone to help on the phone. The carers & staff are very friendly & supportive to my Mum & she looks forward to their visits. We feel very lucky we have such a good team/company looking after our Mum in this difficult time of getting carers.

Very pleased with Nurseplus. All the staff are so friendly. They feel like family. The office staff and management offer extra support when needed and are very approachable. Can't fault them and recommend them to friends.

Most of the carers go above and beyond, it has been frustrating lately with the company being short-staffed and my visit times being changed at short notice. Some of the newer carers don't seem to have checked my care plan, some of my jobs don't get done and I don't like to ask them. I am generally very pleased with all the care I receive.

Prompt reply and clear information from the administration staff. Easy to set up carers and cleaning staff and payments. Friendly, reliable carers who arrive as scheduled and have struck up a very good rapport with my mother (service user).

Nurseplus are so professional. All the carers go above and beyond. They truly do care and I trust them 150% which is so important. Without their support, I would be lost. As a family, we appreciate everything they do more than they will ever know.

After a fall, the crisis team set up carers to support Mum. Mu's mum is 92, has never had any carers before, and suffers from dementia. All the carers and support team have been marvellous, such empathy and compassion. I would have never been able to cope without them. Well done, Nurseplus.

I am happy with the carers that come and see to me; mornings for my wash and dinner-times for helping me to the commode and back to bed and breaking the day up with a nice conversation. One downfall is if my rota is changed by the office staff, or if I haven't received my rota for the next week, I don't get notified by the office staff and it does not help me in the morning, as I have to work my breakfast and tablets around the carers coming. If I don't know when they are coming, when can I have my breakfast?

I am very happy with the care given by Nurseplus. I have recently joined and the care given is second to none. All the carers that come are of a high standard, very friendly and well trained. Thank you.

All staff continue to deliver a top-class service to my mum and dad, despite a lot of challenges along the way. As next of kin, I am always kept informed of any problems and staff go beyond their duties with a few personal touches for my parents. By far the best care company we have had in place.

I'm very pleased with my girls. They are very punctual (as long as they don't get held up at the road work). They are very helpful and willing to do anything to help. Overall very satisfied, especially my regular girls.

The only concern is some very good carers have left as their hours are either insufficient or too much!

Mum has had carers from Nurse Plus visiting her for more than three years. All the Nurse Plus carers are friendly, helpful and above all kind. Mum values their company and conversation as much as their practical help. She looks forward to their visits very much. I would highly recommend Nurse Plus Care to anyone with a relative needing care, It is so reassuring o know mum is in such good hands.
