I am very satisfied by the service I am receiving from the carers who are giving me excellent support to all my needs both practical and in the warm companionship that it softens the loneliness of my present situation. Your high standard of care knows no bounds.

I look forward to my Wednesdays 2 hours having a lovely long soak in the bath. I am treated with dignity and respect and feel so comfortable with my lovely ladies. Usually we find something to laugh about and are always keen to help me if I have a problem. I do recommend Home Instead as in no way can I fault and I know if I did have a complaint it would be quickly dealt with. So a big thank you from me.

The review went smoothly and things were explained to mum and I very clearly. We discussed mum's care plan and updated content. I was given advice on further assistance for mum, alert pendants etc.

I am quite happy with the services! Sent 2 hours a week, the ladies who come are very kind, happy to do chores and any task they do. I do not need anything extra in regard to the service.
