Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional employee visited me to 'discuss' my package of care that they had accepted from the local authority. In reality, she was there to tell me that they will not be attending to the most critical part of my medication in the mornings. Every other care agency in the last two properties I was in managed it as it does not require any special skills or qualifications. She then listed other items they were refusing to undertake. They refused to go back to Wandsworth Adult Services and inform them of the mistake and should never have accepted the POC as have no intention of meeting it. 7 weeks later and they are still refusing to do that, and to communicate with me. Happy to take the money from the LA and not be honest. They then further drained the public funds by contacting my GP to get them to write a letter to instruct district nurses to attend every morning to apply the plaster. Seriously avoid this agency who prioritise managing to 'avoid' care.

The care that has been provided to my dear friend has been so wonderful, especially during these times where there is so much sadness and uncertainty. The carer always makes my friend smile and she actually looks forward to their visits. Over the Christmas period when it can be very lonely, she brought my friend a Christmas card that brightened up what could've been an awful day. Thank you for all that you do.

Extremely satisfied with the service obtained. From the initial approach and throughout the whole process. Personnel really friendly, giving personal attention. Overall great standards, care and support.

Managing Care Ltd is an excellent domiciliary care provider. When I researched my options; I was trying to balance affordability and excellence and in managing care I found a service provider that delivered excellent services for an affordable price. I entrusted the care of my elderly mother to their home care service and they were fantastic. The individuals were excellent communicators who would go the extra mile to assist my mother. Additionally, I received great communication from their senior leadership team; who ensured the excellent service was maintained.

Managing care has been outstanding in the service they provide. We have used different carers throughout the years for my aunt who is quite elderly but managing care by far has exceeded our expectations. Glad my aunt has such amazing people looking after her through this whole pandemic. Would definitely recommend.

Our Dad received care from various providers but Managing Care team was par excellance and we have never been more satisfied with the service. They have been exemplary and patient with my dad. I would recommend them as a company to anyone wanting care. A huge thank you to the whole team for an amazing job during these difficult times as well.

We needed Managing Care's service during this pandemic and their service has been excellent and our hats off to their carers. Their carers and office team are very polite, responsive and they truly look after their clients. We would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone requiring their service.

I have been very impressed by how the company and carers have looked after my gran after her discharge from hospital. I was very worried about how I would manage to drive up and down to my gran's house to support her. But the company have been great and I don't have to worry or visit every day because they are taking care of her very well. We are very happy. Thanks, Managing Care Ltd.

My brother is much happier since the carers have been coming to look after him. We are very pleased with the quality of care he is receiving and the professionalism of the carers. From talking to my brother I feel the carers always use a proactive approach which is much appreciated in our circumstance.

I have been using Managing care for some time now and have always been pleased with the high levels of care we receive from them. We are very particular with whom we use and have been impressed with the professionalism, mannerisms and attention to detail from the carers that are provided which is paramount in this industry.

Very happy with the company. Carers are extremely friendly and use their own initiative. I am always informed when any changes are made for my schedule.
