Amazing, life changing care. My mum is happy and safe in her own home, and every day is made so much better with cheerfulness of all of the Doris Ladies - we love you! Thank you for answering all of mums needs, your attention to detail is excellent.

Doris Jones carers visit my elderly dad every day (2 X half hour visits) to supplement my regular visits: helping with meals, companionship, ensuring he takes medication etc. My dad likes singing - and sometimes they join in! I recently went abroad for a month and was nervous about leaving my father for an extended period. All my worries were unfounded! The Doris Jones agency were excellent and liaised with a local relative while I was away. I was also able to view the daily online visiting log from afar - and could see everything was running smoothly. The care visitors are kind and professional and there is solid back up from the administrative team back at base who proactively manage any concerns and remain flexible in their responses. I can thoroughly recommend this agency and their team of great care visitors.

Doris Jones have been providing wonderful care to my aunt for the last few years, right up until a few weeks ago. We always knew that, because of her health, she would need to go into full time nursing care at some point but the carers provided by Doris Jones enabled her to stay in her own home for far longer than we could ever have hoped for. Doris Jones have been exceptional from start to finish, always accommodating additional requirements as they became necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The standard of care is 1st class from experience. All the carers are polite and professional. Doris Jones is a company I would recommend to anyone who requires care, as they provide a quality service to a very high standard.

After a fall and an extended stay in hospital, we employed Doris Jones carers to support my 90-year-old mother in her wish to return to her own home and retain her independence. The Doris management team went out of their way to arrange care at very short notice and all the carers who attended my mum were, in her words, 'lovely'. Everyone accommodated my mum's changes in requirements without comment or fuss and did anything asked of them with good grace and a smile. Sadly my mum is very 'old school' and begrudged paying for her care so made the decision to cancel the carers for the time being. As an only child, who works full time, knowing the carers were attending my mum was a huge relief so I was very sad when they left. Hopefully, my mum will agree to have Doris' carers back sometime in the near future.

The company is excellent. The carers are lovely ladies, very caring and cannot do enough for me. Very friendly, always very obliging for whatever task I ask them to help me with. I look forward to seeing them every day. My past company were really bad and made my nerves bad and I used to dread them coming into my home. So pleased I changed to Doris Jones Ltd and I would highly recommend them.

Doris Jones are just amazing! My dad has carers in 4 times a day and all the carers are caring, kind and respectful and they make dad smile. Not only do they support dad, they are a fantastic support to our family as well. Whoever you speak to on the phone they are always so helpful. Doris Jones, thank you for looking after my lovely dad, you are our superheroes!!

We use the service once a week and have been doing so for the past 8 months. My mother finds the staff to be kind, attentive, usually the same person visits. Has time to chat as well as to do the jobs required.

Delightful company cannot fault them. Kind and helpful with my husband it means that he can spend his twilight years in his own home with their help and not in a care home. All the carers are so efficient and the company always rings me if a carer is running late. I would recommend Doris Jones to everyone who needs help in their old age!

My sister and I are very happy with the care given to our mum and dad over the last three years. The carers were kind and supportive of mum and dad's needs and if there was a problem at any time the management team were able to help and rectify it within a short time.

About 6 months ago my mum needed carers to come in at lunchtime and prepare her lunch. I used Doris Jones as recommended by a friend. I found them to be professional, caring and supportive in all my communications with them. The carers were friendly and encouraging with mum - often going above and beyond what was required. The office staff always responded to my questions and concerns quickly and kindly. I cannot recommend the agency highly enough.

Doris Jones have offered excellent morning and evening care for my mum. It provides great peace of mind knowing that Mum has a professional carer checking in on her every day, ensuring she has had her meals and medication. The staff are always friendly, reliable and efficient and the managerial team always go the extra mile to ensure they are up to date with Mum's changing needs. We honestly wouldn't be able to manage without them and Mum feels well looked after and cared for by the staff.

I moved to using Doris Jones after the prior provided carers were unsuccessful at providing the care needed and concerns/errors also cropped up. The team from Doris Jones are excellent, professional and quickly became successful in providing required support that had previously been ignored. The regular timing of visits really helps, and the feedback provided via the app is very good to keep in touch with events. Any issues that arise are directly fed back and the office team is available to discuss/address. The carers I have met are all very professional, kind and friendly. I can only praise the carers and the company. Importantly I feel I can now trust the care being provided.

The staff at Doris Jones have been amazing. We needed to implement a care package for Dad very quickly and Doris Jones rose to the task. Dad was able to return home with the support of lovely, professional carers who have taken on all sorts of tasks with very little notice. The management team has also been invaluable to me and has given me lots of advice and guidance. Looking after parents can be very stressful and bewildering but with the help of Doris Jones and community nurses, I feel better able to support my Dad’s changing needs.

Having fractured a vertebrae on holiday in Italy, I felt I needed support on my return to the UK. Doris Jones were very well organised and I found all the staff kind, friendly and efficient. I had no problems at all and really appreciated the support, especially overcoming my phobia of the shower (where I had my accident). In fact, I missed their daily visits once I felt able to cope on my own! Thank you all at Doris Jones and Merry Christmas!

We were so lucky to have Doris Jones looking after Mum at home for several years. The carers and management team are superb and communication is excellent. As Mum’s health deteriorated it became apparent that we needed extra support in the evenings and help to tend to Mum’s personal care. This was arranged quickly and efficiently. The carers treated Mum with such respect, allowing her the dignity she deserved, but still keeping her spirits up as much as they could. They always went above and beyond. Their kindness, cheerfulness, professionalism, empathy and compassion made everything a little easier to bear for us all, especially the numerous hugs I received as I blubbed my way through Mum’s last days. I don't know how you do your job, I couldn't, but thank goodness you do, because you make such a difference to not only the client, but their families too.

The company is excellent. The carers are lovely ladies, very caring and cannot do enough for me. Very friendly, always very obliging for whatever task I ask them to help me with.
