View Full Details of Supreme Home CareSupreme Care are brilliant! They have listened to all my needs and accommodated them well. I have been able to build friendships with my regular carers and those I see less often too. There is nothing they wouldn't do to help me with daily living. I would be lost without their services.
Supreme Care have professional staff who understand my mother’s needs and treat her with utmost respect and dignity whilst supporting her with her daily care. The management is always keen for feedback and ensuring all my mother’s needs are met, at the same time, they provide guidance and advice with new challenges as my mother’s dementia progresses. I recommend them and their services highly.
The most important thing is that all the carers we have are good. They are capable, polite and friendly. The office administration is not so good. We get a weekly schedule listing the care times. But, probably for good reasons, there are always several changes. The problem is that we are rarely told about them. For some reason the system notifies carers about changes, but doesn't notify users. This means that carers can turn up an hour or so earlier or later than expected. Also, communicating with the office staff is often very hit and miss.
I'm very pleased with the carers that are provided. I feel that the communication between the admin staff and clients could be improved, particularly in relation to resolving queries raised. However, much better than my previous service.
Supreme Home Care carers have looked after my disabled wife for many years. Without their care and support I do not know how I would have coped. We have used two other care agencies since my wife’s original accident and Supreme are definitely the best we’ve had. Keep up the good work Supreme!
I have been using Supreme Care for a close family friend for over a year now. My friend has dementia and lives alone, as her dementia has progressed she has been needing extra support with daily routines and her medication. We have carers in twice a day, in the morning to give her her meds and prompt her to wash and dress and give her breakfast, the evening call is to give her meds and make sure she’s eaten. Also, they take the time to sit and talk to her which is really important as she’s on her own. The carers that come round (male and female) are lovely, it’s nice to know that she is being well cared for and she loves their company.
I am very impressed with the care my mum-in-law has received. She has been very poorly and infirm and the carers have ensured her comfort and dignity during a difficult time. All the carers have been concerned for her and genuinely care. Thank you.
We have used this care company for Mum's complicated care needs for a long time now. All of the carers, both male and female, are so kind, caring and gentle with Mum. We have used many well-known care companies over the years, and this one is definitely the best. They always go above and beyond and genuinely do care. They're so wonderful. Mums' mental health and well-being have come on leaps and bounds. And we know she is in the safest hands while we are at work. They always keep us informed if there are any concerns with Mum, which puts our minds at ease. Thank you all for being so wonderful; we really appreciate all your help and care. Your all angels.
Mum has been looked after by Supreme Home Care for the last few months. They have always been so professional, kind and very caring - we couldn't have coped without them. Mum really liked the ladies who came in to look after her, which was really reassuring for us as we all live a distance away. Thank you for everything you have done for Mum.
My father has a carer visit once a day to give him his medication, and of course, for some much-needed company. All of the ladies have been very friendly and willing to help do anything that is needed. The staff I have encountered work hard and are very busy but get on and do a good job.
I am very pleased with the care I receive from all the carers. They are thorough and conscientious and will go the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable and my needs have been met. They are pleasant and friendly, however, early or late it is.
