Belong at Home have been visiting Mum at home twice a day for the past few weeks. We have been really impressed by the level of service. All the staff are very friendly, caring and efficient. This was particularly evident when Mum had a fall recently. We would have no hesitation in recommending Belong at Home.

My friend has been a client at Belong at Home Crewe for over two years. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in her care and well-being. All the staff are marvellous and go the extra mile. I cannot fault anyone. The manager and her team are very caring and I really appreciate all they do for my friend. They go out of their way to try and accommodate my friend's wishes and always treat her with respect, dignity and friendliness. They really are a fantastic team. Thank you to all. It is much appreciated by myself and my family.

Excellent, supportive personal service. Thank you for your continued help and guidance over the past couple of months since our father passed away. One member of staff, in particular, has connected with my mum brilliantly in such a difficult time and also introduced the two carers now to help care for my mum. I am so grateful for their support to us as a family.

Excellent care provided. All have very caring natures. Mum looks forward to her visits, both morning and evenings. "Always asking are the ladies here". All ladies provide outstanding care and attention to Mum at all times. Ensuring all her needs are met. A huge thank you from us all as a family. Thank you.

It took a while for Mum to accept she needed outside help in addition to the support provided by myself and my sister but she has settled really well because the carers are all lovely to her. She looks forward to the their visits and loves to chat with them. They help her with personal care, prepare her meals and other small household chores. It's a great relief that Mum's needs are being met in such a friendly and professional manner. Wish we'd done it sooner!

Belong at Home is truly a five-star service, absolutely nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend to anyone. The carers go above and beyond to ensure all Dad's needs are met and as they have got to know him more, make suggestions on how to improve his daily life further. Dad's package of care has increased and now includes a shopping visit out to a local supermarket which keeps him independent, weekly house cleaning and personal care visits. Dad knows in advance who is coming to see him and has pictures of them which is good, especially if it's a staff member he hasn't met before. From a personal perspective, Belong at Home has become a lifeline not only to Dad but to myself too, knowing he is receiving quality support from such caring individuals is a welcome relief and one I can't thank them enough for. Thank you Belong at Home for the incredible work you do, you are all amazing!

My sister has been living as an independent resident in Belong at Home Crewe for about nine years. We are both delighted with the standard of accommodations and care she has received. Staff go well beyond the minimum requirement of care, e.g. she suffers from seizures and has learning difficulties but staff are very patient and respond immediately if required. When I am away, I can relax knowing that she is in good hands.

Great care for Dad. Carers keep us fully informed of Dad's care. Dad looks forward to seeing the carers and we can now go back to being his daughters and spending quality time with him as carers have taken away the need for us to look after him on a daily basis.

Belong at Home Crewe have been looking after my mother-in-law for the last couple of years now. We use both the weekly shopping service and daily care visits, both have been invaluable to help my mother-in-law which gives my partner and I peace of mind that she is being checked and looked after. Over time we have added extra services as her care needs have changed which Beyond have always managed to sort out to keep continuity. We cannot fault the service they provide and have found all staff to be patient and caring with her. We would highly recommend the service to anyone looking for care input.

The team who care for Mum are outstanding. They offer Mum personal care (in the form of showers) with true dignity and respect. It was quite a difficult decision for Mum to allow carers in to help her in her apartment, but every member of the team has supported her in this transition and I am so grateful as supporting Mum has meant a great deal of relief to myself and the impact it has also had upon myself - relieving my stress about Mum.

Excellent friendly team, very helpful and reliable. Provide very good assistance to keep Auntie in her own home. They keep in regular contact, providing updates on her wellbeing to the family members. Easy to contact and always respond. Great service.

Belong have been caring for my mother for over 6 weeks. The carers are reliable and very attentive. Mum's confidence has improved along with her strength. She is eating well and the carers will help her with any chores, as well as preparing. My sister and I have peace of mind, knowing that Mum is well cared for by people she loves.

My dad was very well cared for by the staff. They sorted out his physical needs such as washing and meals. They also chatted to him throughout their visit, which helped him to remain cheerful and happy to stay in his own home. I spoke to him almost every evening and he was always positive about whichever member of staff had visited him that day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belong carers to anyone else looking for kind and efficient carers in the Crewe area.

It is difficult to express the gratitude my mother and I feel for Belong At Home. The carers looked after my mother with professionalism and, more importantly, love when she was having care at home in the last few years. She has since moved into the Village in Crewe, where carers from Belong At Home visit twice a week. She enjoys their visits very much, it gives her a different focus during the week, and I know how much they care. I cannot recommend Belong at Home highly enough.

My dad's carers are very professional and help my dad with different jobs that he cannot do. Amazing service giving the family peace of mind and help. My dad loves the company with the conversations he has with the carers, giving him something to talk about when he sees us the following day.

My mum has two visits each day to support her with administering medicine and keeping an eye as she deals with dementia. The staff are always very cheerful, professional and keen to help and we are both very appreciative of the care they offer. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The Belong At Home team supported our dad for two years before he went into the Belong Home and since then, our mum at home for the past two years. The caring team are excellent with mum in every aspect of what she needs. The senior team are very responsive and really understand Mum's needs and situation. We have requested to change the timing of mums visit but there is still no visibility of this after several months of waiting - this is not a criticism of the Belong At Home Crewe Team at all - There appears to be a shortage of staff to enable ours and other peoples requests for visits at peak times which I would request the Management Team who assess the resourcing of the Crewe Team need to address.

The Belong at Home team has provided my mum with excellent care over the last couple of years. Evermore so when Mum was discharged from hospital 5-months ago. They ensured the correct care package was in place, and continually review and communicate any changes they feel necessary. Mum is treated with compassion, dignity and respect. They provide our family with peace of mind too, as we know, she is in excellent hands.
