The carers are very good. They are very pleasant to me. Also very helpful, they work very hard. Management is very caring.

All of the carers are kind and caring. In particular, we are pleased that they use their initiative to promote good health and prevent problems. The family trust them to act in the best interest of Mum.

I find the service is excellent, the carers are always on time and look after my wife with a shower and dressing her. She looks forward to them in the morning as they are always pleasant. She is showered and dressed and the bathroom is always left clean and tidy. We have used another home care in the past and Belong at Home is the best.

In my opinion terrible, atrocious, appalling, inconsiderate, nosey, insincere, awful, bad mannered, two faced, unprofessional, untidy, poorly trained, in it for the profit, so no way would we recommend due to management.

Mum used Belong at Home Atherton's services for 7 months. She had never had care from none family members before but quickly took to the carers. The service provided was of the highest standard and very professional, but the carers were also very friendly and very empathetic towards Mum, which was greatly appreciated. The service is well-led, and the managers hold care reviews and update regularly with any concerns. They quickly respond to telephone calls and emails. At a care review, the manager immediately stepped in to take Mum to the bathroom even though it was in between care sessions. We stopped using the service because Mum's health deteriorated and she needed to move to a care home.

Very happy with the level of service and the quality of care. The carers are always friendly and give support when needed. They are willing to go out of their way to provide extra help when needed. Always a professional approach to handling any issues. I have no complaints regarding the level of service.

Belong at Home Atherton team is excellent. I cannot express how fantastic the staff and the management are, nothing is too much trouble for them. Whatever my mum needed they always put her needs first. They are excellent with her dementia and Alzheimer's side effects. They are trained and professional also, they are like extended members of the family. They give all the family and also myself peace of mind that we couldn't wish for anyone else to look after my mum. They always contact myself and brother if Mum ever has or needs anything. I would recommend Belong at Home Atherton to everyone. Thank you for doing a brilliant job.

They are wonderful carers. My mum thinks they are all great and do everything she needs. They are easy to contact and she feels like they are family.

The care my dad received from Belong at Home was outstanding. All the staff are extremely friendly, kind and professional. They went above and beyond, sometimes in challenging circumstances. Any medication changes were dealt with immediately - nothing seemed too much trouble. From day one, I had complete confidence that Dad's needs would be met and his care would be of the highest standard. I can't thank the staff enough for the care and love they showed my dad and the support they gave me. I would 100% recommend Belong at Home Atherton.

The staff caring for my father this year have been amazing. They have treated him with the utmost respect at all times and gone above and beyond their required duties at difficult times. The whole team from the manager downwards have been very professional in their approach and worthy of high praise.

We would recommend Belong at Home to everyone who needs home care. Staff are extremely caring, supportive and capable. They are very well trained and approach any task professionally. They have provided home care for my husband and support for me, for over 6 years and have proved to be totally dependable, flexible to our changing care needs and always willing to go the extra mile. Any problems/necessary changes to the care plan are dealt with immediately and all the staff who come to our home are approachable and friendly - we can’t thank them enough.

From the initial phone call, everything with these care providers has been excellent. They do what they say, from returning phone calls to arriving at agreed times. The person who visited at first was punctual and efficient. All the carers who have looked after my mum have been lovely with her- doing the job with the utmost empathy and kindness, instilling confidence and trust all-round. I would recommend it without hesitation.

A well managed and caring service where Mum’s needs were met to a very high standard. As a shy and anxious lady, Mum was apprehensive about carers coming into her home, but the friendly, kind and professional carers made Mum feel at ease with the help she received. I would highly recommend Belong at Home and cannot thank them enough for looking after Mum so well.

Belong at Home Atherton staff were patient, understanding and caring whilst looking after my father-in-law. It was a difficult time for him and the family and they were great! The manager was so lovely and knowledgeable of what we needed. The only criticism would be that the staff visiting weren't consistent so he needed to learn lots of names. It would have been easier to have had a smaller number of regular staff who could have supported him.
