The staff are very good at their jobs, they always make time to speak to person they are providing care for and nothing is too much trouble. Regular reviews take place to make sure that the care being offered is fit for purpose

The manager and two staff members are the most caring people I have known. We have a good laugh sometimes, they know how to pick me up when I’m down. The care I receive is first class. The careers are all lovely people, I highly recommend anyone who needs care to come to Above & Beyond Care, it’s the best thing I’ve done, I’ve been with them for three years they have made me feel at ease, they are very polite.

I have had Above and Beyond Care for nearly a month now and find the management team and my carers kind and caring. They are professional and listen. The care is a high standard and the carers will go out of their way to help you.

From the initial assessment through to the care being implemented we had an excellent service. The Quality Assurance Manager was professional and very understanding of our situation and worked with us to introduce carers to my mother-in-law who were respectful of her needs and wishes and paid attention to the small things that mattered to her. As it is a small family-run firm, communication was easy and efficient. Response to queries and feedback on care was excellent.

When I started using this agency approx 3 years ago, the standard of care was excellent, with good carers but as of late, the carers have often been late and the standard of care has deteriorated, possibly due to lack of good carers.

I have been a service user for some six months. During the whole of this time, I have been pleased with the service and help provided by the carers and also the office staff.

Although Above & Beyond Care Ltd has suffered an unusually higher turnover of carers this last 12 months, the service provider has never failed. All the ladies who come here are pleasant, gentle and caring with my wife and all are welcome here.

Friendly caring staff who seem to realise that talking to people and getting to know them is very important. The staff seem to be very efficient and happy to be there which is also very important. I would have no hesitation in recommending Above & Beyond Care Ltd to anyone who needs care. I am very satisfied.

My daughter has advanced fronto-temporal dementia and we have been receiving care for her from Above and Beyond Care for 3 years. During that time she has gone through many stages of her dementia and the volume of care has had to be adjusted from time to time. I have found that Above and Beyond Care always copes with this situation admirably. Very recently we had a mini crisis where even more care had to be found without warning. Despite Above and Beyond Care having Staff with holidays, and some off sick, they went out of their way to provide my daughter with the Care she needed and no loss was incurred because of their efforts. In an unpredictable situation like this, I can say that Above and Beyond Care have always pulled out all the stops and coped with her needs. I wholeheartedly recommend them for the care needs of any dependent and ill client who needs loving care. Apart from physical needs the Caring Staff put a smile on her face and she has been happy with them from Day One.

I have been very happy with the care provided for my husband from Above & Beyond. I had been advised to choose a smaller care company and have not regretted the change. Rotas are emailed every week as I like to know who is coming and when and it makes arranging appointments etc much easier too. We generally have the same group of carers who care about the work they do. I have respite once a week and I never worry about leaving my home and husband in their care. The office staff are very helpful and any requests for time changes and extra care are always met with a ‘yes we can’ attitude. I only have one little niggle that we are not always told of lateness and time changes. I would happily recommend this company.

Very satisfied with the service I have received. I have never been let down by non-arrival of a carer and all carers have appeared very close to the appointed time. All the carers are very kind and perform their tasks professionally. At all times they are dressed smartly and are all welcome here.

Choosing the right care for your loved ones is a huge responsibility because you are putting your trust into the hands of people you don't know. From the moment we first got in contact with Above and Beyond Care we felt reassured and at ease. The level of care and support that they offer is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to support the family in what are, very often, extremely challenging situations. The whole team, both managers and carers have shown time and again that they are compassionate, supportive and proactive. This means that you can put your mind at rest in the knowledge that the care they are providing is of a very high quality. I would highly recommend Above and Beyond Care without hesitation.

I think Above and Beyond carers are such a very well organise and wonderful company. Every carer is first class at what they do and nothing is to much trouble and they always are polite and happy while attending to my mother's needs they all deserve a big pat on the back they are far the best company we have had.

The visiting carers are almost always prompt and go about their tasks in an efficient but friendly manner, most of the carers have a lot of experience to draw on and can offer advice and suggestions which are often invaluable. The office support is always helpful and aware of our needs, responding quickly to any requests for changes in rota and offer suggestions to make our use of the service more suitable to our needs.
