I find it difficult to put into words the depth of my gratitude to the whole Home Instead team. They do their best to match carers to clients and in our case this succeeded brilliantly. The 2 live-in carers show care and compassion in the most amazing way, coping with the inevitable ups and downs of end of life care for my husband wonderfully and beyond my expectations. They and other staff who supported them so well enabled my late husband spend the last year of his life at home in peace and comfort. I now have great companionship three mornings a week by 2 delightful ladies who help me with overcoming the problem of limited mobility and take me out to shop or to appointments. Thank you Home Instead.

Very pleased with the staff that come and look forward to their visits. On arrival, they like to get on with the list of jobs I have prepared and do so with enthusiasm. They are friendly and professional and don't seem to mind what one asks. They will check that I am taking my medicines and that the food in the fridge freezer is in date, throwing away anything out of date They will change beds and put sheets and duvet covers in the washing machine and wash kitchen floors and bathroom floors and clean worktops. Occasionally they have cooked lunch for me when I have overslept or been late from shopping. At the end of their stay, I like them to leave 20 minutes for a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits as I like to chat. Tuesday afternoon is an important time in my week.

It was very good. A particular member of staff went over everything thoroughly. Bath routine, dressing, etc. Checked whether I needed extra help.

Just completed another regular service review with Home Instead. They deliver high-quality care, most importantly with a regular group of carers, which gives my Mum and I great peace of mind. They manage additional service requests confidently and provide a reliable all-around service from carers to schedulers and the client team.

The service provided by Home Instead has been excellent. The carers have all been friendly and professional. The management has also been excellent. They have always responded quickly and efficiently. My mother has dementia and the visits from the carers are essential to her day. She gets a great deal from them overall Home Instead of just what you want from a care company.

We applied to Home Instead to see if they could provide pre and post-surgery care for my husband. We have both been extremely pleased with the quality of care provided by the carers, the calm and capable way in which they adapted to the changing needs, tactfully suggested solutions to problems and engaged with us both with good humour and friendliness. Following a serious accident my mother received care over a number of years from different care companies up to the time she died. This recent experience for my husband ranks right up at the top with the absolute best of these. Sincere thanks also to the administrative staff who have been extremely pleasant friendly and helpful throughout.

My mother has been receiving care from the Home Instead team since January and the experience has been everything that she and my brother and I could have hoped for. I would go as far as to say that it has exceeded our expectations. Each of the carers who visit her are truly friendly and compassionate, attentive to her every need and wishes, amd with an unobtrusive level of professionalism that ensures she gets the care she needs. From my perspective, the level of communication and proactive action from Home Instead, which is essential but often difficult to achieve in practice, goes beyond what I would have expected. I am so reassured and gratified to know that my mother is in such safe and caring hands. And that she is really happy and looks forward to the visits from her new friends.

Home Instead are a very professional organisation. The carers are lovely, very caring, professional and enjoy caring for their client. They build a relationship with the client and the family. Would not consider anyone else. They have always met any request for extra care shifts.

My wife and I have had the benefit of support from Home Instead for over 5 years. Our carer and her backup carer had been nothing short of excellent and exemplary. Support from the head office is diligent too. We chose Home Instead after some research and have not been disappointed. Professional, punctual and positive aptly described the service. Our principal carer is from a military background and it shows admirably. We have known their family since the late 1980s. We feel very lucky to have been afforded such kind and attentive care from both staff. I close my by writing a large thank you to all concerned.

During the past nine years of using Home Instead, their outstanding, highly professional standards have never wavered. Staff in the office make sure they give their all and are there for our needs, going that extra mile to make our experience with them a pure delight. Home Instead carers are professional, friendly and hard-working, they are highly trained and well-presented. We will continue to use this highly proficient care company. Well done all.
