Knowing they are checking on her gives me peace of mind and I like being able to check the logs each time they visit to know what care Mum has received from them.
Overall, my experience of the service provider (Bluebird Care) has been a very positive one. The carers are friendly and polite and do their job very well. As the client or representative is important to set out the tasks to be done as everyone's needs are different and you tell the carer on each visit and tweak the jobs to be done on a given day and will get the most out of the the service. One other good point is that the carers are very reliable, will always turn up on time (traffic depending). Their invoicing is clear and always regular and their dedicated accounts team is approachable and answer any queries that come up. My only gripe and it's in the terms and conditions is that if you need to cancel the appointment, you must give 28 days notice or you will be charged for a missed for it. I think it could more flexible, such as allowing two missed appointments every six months, allow an alternative appointment if one is available.

Bluebird Care Sevenoaks have looked after my mother for over a year and we have been very pleased with the care they have provided. The carers are very hardworking, very thoughtful and always taking account of her wishes. As my mother's care needs have increased, Bluebird has accommodated this as well as providing additional temporary cover when I am away. I would highly recommend them.
Bluebird provided me with friendly and reassuring assistance around my home. There are many tasks which I find difficult or somewhat hazardous because of my age and balance issues. I also take comfort in the knowledge that should my condition deteriorate in the future I will be well cared for by a professional team.

We have received excellent care from Bluebird Care. Our live-in carer for Dad is outstanding. She does everything that we need to make sure he is comfortable and safe. The office provides a very responsive service - ready to help out when needed. Kind and caring.
My wife has early-onset dementia and was initially supported with domiciliary care once, twice and then three times a day and then subsequently with live-in care supplemented by domiciliary support. The live-in carers have generally stayed for a considerable length of time which has ensured continuity of care and during their leave periods Bluebird have generally been able to arrange for repeat replacements. The live-ins have all been kind, caring and extremely helpful. The domiciliary carers are also been excellent, and it has been particularly helpful to have at least some 'regulars' who know their way around and how to deliver support tailored to my wife's particular situation. Bluebird Sevenoaks management communicates well and is proactive in advising when occasional cover issues arise.
My aunt has had varying needs over the past year and I have been impressed with the way that Bluebird has adapted the care as her health deteriorates. I live far away so cannot see her as often as I would like, but the app is really useful as a quick daily guide. She now needs a lot of carers and they all do their best to ensure her comfort and deal with her changing moods and awareness. Some have been visiting for quite a while, others on a more recent basis, but all remember her favourite topics of conversation and try to draw her towards these to give her confidence and familiarity. A challenging job for the staff and they remain calm and personable. Thank you.
We are grateful for the calm and considerate way the carer looks after our father and the reassurance, knowing she is looking after him gives us. I value being able to read notes the following day to know how things are going and am able to trust the carer will contact me if there are any concerns.
I have found the team very helpful. They appear to be well-informed about the situation and are keeping a close eye on what is required at each stage of my aunt's deterioration, offering suggestions and ideas.

I am glad I've got Bluebird because I know they will be on time and will keep me updated if any problems. I am alone here just me and my cat. Once we are bathed, fed and dressed in the morning that's us sorted and I am happy.
