What you aim to achieve and DO achieve is excellent but there are a few niggles about communication which I have already spoken about and which I hope are being dealt with The classification of outstanding is probably well deserved, I have nothing to compare it with. I do know that the care and attention I have received is very good and the front line staff e.g. the carers are outstanding.I thank them all.

We've been using Bluebird for a couple of years to provide support to our parents. Firstly in their own home to support independence. When my father moved into a nursing home (at 95), the support continued to mum to help her continue to live independently. This evolved in time to support with her move into 'retirement living', with three visits a day and more personal care. And in January 2025 evolved again into support as she moved into a nursing home at 91. Throughout, Bluebird has adapted to multiple developing needs, provided genuinely caring staff, and kept us very well informed. It's placed our parents at the heart of decision making. And on several occasions, where there have been falls, its calm staff have literally saved lives. A wonderful organisation who we cannot praise highly enough. Despite mum now being in a nursing home, she continues to have twice weekly bluebird support sessions, focussed on companionship and getting her out into the wider community

Bluebird have helped us with regular and not-so-regular jobs, which has been great - such as ironing, vacuuming, trips to the tip when arranged in advance, and bed-making. We have also been for short walks sometimes (when it's not been raining), which helps my arthritis a bit when we have the time. The people who visit have been very helpful, polite and friendly.

I was delighted to meet the Customer Relationship Manager and we had a very happy conversation about what I expect when I am with the carer on Wednesdays and whether I requested any changes. Apart from a request to get back for lunch by 12:30 if possible, I am very happy with the present arrangements.

I have been with Bluebird Care for around three weeks and am very pleased with my carers, they are excellent, especially two carers, in particular, not only are they great at there job and very professional but are kind and considerate and enjoy a laugh and good conversation. Also, the office team are also great to talk too and very helpful and keep my doctor up to speed on what's going on. I first met the customer care specialist as she visited me at home and did my assessment and I think she has always been helpful too. Great bunch of people all round.

Very professional service from the first consultation. Procedures and costs explained in detail and confirmed by email. Great manicure and pedicure carried out by very polite member of staff. Would certainly recommend Bluebird Care.

Very professional and caring. Carried out a great manicure and pedicure for an end-of-life patient. Service easy to book and didn't have to wait too long for the treatment. Would definitely use again.

Care assistants are professional, caring and understanding. The management listened to our father's needs and matched the care team well. They are flexible and have been able to accommodate extra hours when needed. They listen and act on instructions quickly regarding changes in care needs. This gives us peace of mind.

Recovering from a hip replacement operation, I needed care until my strength was restored. The carers have been marvellous. By the time I came home for rehab, I didn't need personal care but I couldn't manage bed-making and general domestic chores. Each carer has individual talents but all used their initiative to spend the hour to good purpose. All are charming and I would highly recommend them and the organisation.

Actually, this review refers to the last four years of superb live-in care from the same carer who has been with my 95-year-old mother since 2020. He is completely professional with attention to all aspects of care but is sensitively and intuitively caring to an extraordinary degree and has created a safe and relaxed ambience that allows my mother to thrive. She has severe dementia but he understands her changing needs and adapts to them and she is happier and more relaxed than I have ever known her.

The live-in carers have been excellent and have cared for our mother with great kindness and compassion. They are always patient and attentive and keep us informed of any changes. The house is always kept clean and tidy.

All staff are courteous and caring. Particular staff take exceptional care and understand and support my child to be as independent as possible and enjoy her time with them. The care team wholeheartedly deliver exceptional and high-quality care.

The manager and all the Bluebird team have been friendly, professional and very understanding of what's needed by our family. I would recommend them for providing friendly, well organised, good quality and flexible care.

I am the attorney for two elderly sisters who have spent several months in the hospital, and their overwhelming wish has been to return to their own homes. It has been a very difficult process trying to meet their wishes, and at the same time, ensure they are safe at home. None of this could have been achieved without the hard work and professionalism of Bluebird, in particular, two ladies. They have adjusted the care plan as circumstances changed and have been a huge support to me. They have kept me fully involved at all times, and I am grateful for all their support.

Very pleased with carers when Mum came home from hospital/respite. Friendly, kind but firm with mum - they got her to have a shower! Very understanding and always willing to chat with her. Very pleasant and gave helpful advice. Would definitely use them again.

Thank you to the Bluebird care team that looks after my mother. We are so impressed with the care and understanding shown by the team and the fact that they go out of their way to make her feel part of the Bluebird community. The team have always been receptive to our comments and requests and are always prepared to go the extra mile.

All of the ladies who have come to help my wife in the morning have been very helpful and supportive. The ladies who provide the respite care for my wife once a week, are also very caring. My wife enjoys her time with them, and it gives me a little break.

Bluebird Care is an excellent team who provide great support to my mother. Have been responsive and supportive with changes requested. Good communication with family. Highly recommended to anyone requiring support, whether it is the person themselves or the family supporting them.
