Great care company willing to go the extra mile for there clients. The office/ management are always on the other end of the phone if you need help no matter how little it is. The carers are all lovely and very attentive and make sure my mum has still has her dignity no matter the situation.

Carers are always attentive to our needs and keep us informed of any changes. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help. The fact we have regular carers helps with familiarity and building relationships.

Providing care for vulnerable individuals is a very delicate matter. This type of work requires a lot empathy, humanity and patience. Fortunately, the people working at this company, both those in the office and those providing care, have demonstrated that they possess these qualities. I am especially thankful to those who have really made the effort to understand my mother's needs and showed her kindness.

My wife had a fall last May and sadly broke her shoulder. She also has advanced dementia, and we received help from our local React team, as this was quite a worrying time. I realised then that I needed more help, and our council arranged for Universal Care to help us. We have two carers to get my wife up, washed and dressed in the morning and also two carers to get her to bed in the evening. I have been very impressed with their care for her - they have all been very good to her, and I know that it is not always easy when someone has advanced dementia. They have also been very friendly and supportive of me, which I really appreciate. They also supply a carer to give me a 4-hour respite break once a week, and again, they look after my wife very well.

The carers are friendly and always ready to have a good chat. Carers are understanding of clients' needs and sensitive to clients' needs and preferences, and management is respectful of any wishes relating to client schedules and ready to help organise any equipment needed.

Universal Care Service have given my mum excellent care from the beginning. All staff, whether in the office or carers in the field, have been super friendly, attentive, caring, thoughtful, and vigilant and have done everything we have asked of them to help and care for Mum. I have not regretted choosing Universal Care, they have proved to be worth their weight in gold. My mum, family, and I are really grateful that they are there when we need them. Thank you.

My care has been consistently good for a long time now and I have no complaints. Carers have been arriving as per my rota and are all both friendly and professional. I appreciate having the same few regular carers who provide consistent care whereby we all know each other and what needs to be done.

I am very impressed with the care I receive. The carers are always on time and competent. They keep me informed of any changes to my schedule, which I appreciate. They are respectful and listen to my wishes, and their friendly demeanour makes a big difference. Additionally, whenever I've needed to adjust my call times, they've been very accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend this care company for its reliability and compassionate care.

Two weekly visits are very helpful, including a shopping trip, which is a must-be, always successfully carried out. No issues at all.

The carers are usually on time, but should there be a problem and they are running late we are usually advised of this. Carers are always very pleasant and respect the wishes of the client. Appreciate having a regular carer Monday to Friday and mostly the same person for the weekends.

Universal Care Services provides daily care twice a day to a very high standard. They have maintained in our opinion a service that is efficient, friendly and exceptionally in tune with what a client could and should expect. Our praise cannot be any higher and if asked, without any doubt, would recommend them to all who are thinking of using their services.

Faultless service. All of my father's carers are professional, thorough, and carry out their roles in an extremely friendly and considerate way. The company also deals with short notice changes (e.g delays in my father's hospital transport, etc.) in a calm, organised way to make sure he does not suffer any inconvenience. There are many things which my father can no longer do for himself, but the support he receives from all of his carers is invaluable, and delivered in such a caring, considerate way.

Admin staff are very helpful and understand the client’s needs and difficulties. They are also considerate to the family with juggling around other appointments made by the client. Caring staff are reliable and do as much as they can in the short time allocated for their visits by social services.

I would recommend UCS. They have looked after my family member for the past few years and I completely trust all staff members. All carers are kind and thoughtful. The carers wear a smart uniform and arrive on time and always go above and beyond their job. We receive a weekly rota, so we know who is visiting and when. I can relax knowing that my family member is being treated with dignity and respect. The office ladies are very attentive and have always been on hand, any time of the day, to help with any issues that may arise. I would happily recommend UCS to family and friends.

We are very pleased with the care my dad receives. A carer comes every day without fail even if the expected carer cannot make it a substitute is always sent. The times stated are kept to as near as possible.

I can not recommend this company enough. The office staff are extremely kind and professional as are the wonderful carers that looked after my late father and now some of those carers are looking after my mum. My mother was so happy to have these carers and to be with this home care company. Not only are they hard-working, kind and professional but completely reliable.

My mum has used Mylife Suffolk as her care provider for many years. Her care over the past 4 years since my dad passed away has been outstanding. The carers Mum have are kind, caring and will always go the extra mile. At the age of 96, my mum would not have been able to have stayed in her own home if I hadn't have had support from all of these lovely carers. I know Mum looks upon them as more than carers and looks forward to them coming in to see her every day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care agency.

MyLife carers looked after my father at home during the last two months of his life. The staff treated him with so much respect and compassion. They were all so professional and sensitive towards his individual needs. We shall always be thankful for the care that they provided.
