The carers have been very good looking after my mum and she looks forward to seeing them. They are always reliable, compassionate and cheerful. The office staff are understanding and very helpful too.

Would recommend Bluebird Care as a caring and helpful company. We initially started with them to support my dad's last days but they stayed on and have been a great help to my mum and she enjoys their company. We have had to increase the care my mum receives over the last few months and Bluebird have been able to help us at short notice, which has made all the difference. We find the office staff very helpful with any queries and set our minds at rest. We are now moving to live-in care and are hoping this will work as well.

The family are very happy with the care that has been provided to my aunt. The carers have never let us down and are as punctual as they can be. They are well-trained and helpful in supplying useful information and are professional in their care and support. My aunt always speaks highly of all the carers and says they are always cheerful which helps to brighten her day.

Whilst I carry out the majority of Dad's care, Bluebird carries out a morning care visit to get Dad up and hoisted into the chair. They are very reliable and give me peace of mind to know that I can, and have called on them at short notice, to cover for me. The carers are very pleasant and sociable.

I realise that we are all individuals and that we all have different needs. Therefore I can only offer my opinion on the way in which I have been cared for. I know that I like everything neat and tidy and this may appear pedantic. But this is part of my personality. I personally think Bluebird offers a wide scope of care for their clients. They try to be accommodating to them as well as to their care staff. I personally appreciate the way in which they truly match the personalities of the clients and the carers together as I realise human personalities greatly differ. The clients and carers are of major importance to the staff who always follow through with any concerns that may arise. Caring in the community is such a specialist vocation and there is so much for the carers to learn about for example Dementia, Parkinsons', Alzheimer's, bodily functions etc. And this alongside kindness patience and sensitivity. Well done Bluebird.

Bluebirds were originally employed to oversee my father though at the time independent he had a couple of falls. This all worked very well. My father is now bed-bound and I do feel Bluebird was not as proactive as I would have liked with the change of circumstances, bearing in mind it was all new to us. My father is comfortable and we have had the same carers for the last 3 years who have my father's interests at heart.

The day-to-day management and staff support is excellent. The carers are very sensitive to my needs and deliver all the services I require at home. The only issue was the charges were increased substantially during Covid and subsequently annually, and I feel the fees are expensive for people on a fixed income.

Thank you so much for looking after my mum so beautifully, using your services always helps me relax and have an enjoyable week away knowing that I'm leaving my mum in good hands. It was lovely meeting with a staff member before my holiday and my mum enjoyed answering her questions so that her care plan could be designed especially for her. My mum said that everyone that came in to look after her was lovely and couldn't do enough for her and made her beautifully cut sandwiches for her lunch and the only downside was the fact that the time went far too quickly and an hour at a time was not long enough! So next time I will have to look at extending her sessions with you! Thank you again!

My mother is very happy with the help she receives from Bluebird Care. The carers are kind and considerate and treat her with dignity and respect. She enjoys chatting with them and finding out about their lives. I've found the company to be helpful and quick to respond on admin matters and overall, we're both very pleased with the service she receives.

For the last 16 months, the carers at Bluebird Care have looked after my Mother following a fall and a period in hospital. They see to all her needs in a cheerful and efficient way. Without them, she would not be able to stay in her own house which is her wish. They make sure she has all her meals and takes her tablets on time but also they chat with her and make her feel involved.

Bluebird Care was recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Kind, friendly and empathic carers who my friend is very happy with. They go over and above. Highly recommend.

As a family, we are very happy with the care provided by Bluebird Care. Each day, Dad receives a visit from one of the carers who assist with his medication and spend time chatting with him - previously he would have days when he didn't see anyone. He now looks forward to his daily visit and enjoys chatting about his childhood, his family and the many places he has travelled to on holidays over the years. I have noticed that his sense of humour is returning too! The staff are very friendly, caring and professional in their approach to his care. Thank you Bluebird!

Bluebird Care cares for both Mum and Dad. They were extremely helpful before Christmas when my dad became very unwell. My dad is now in a nursing home but Bluebird still care for Mum. They are cheerful and caring and I know Mum loves chatting to them and hearing all about their lives. The house has always been left clean and tidy.

Due to my stepdad needing additional care we had to change care providers. We were recommended to Bluebird Care and I am pleased to say that Bluebird have been extremely reliable, caring and are very professional. It was a big step to change care provider, both my mum and stepdad were a little apprehensive of the change, but we are glad to say that my mum is more than happy with the care that Bluebird give to my stepdad and he himself feels very confident and happy in the care he is receiving.

I needed care for my dad and after reading about Bluebird on the internet I rang and asked for more details. From that moment I have received friendly help, support and service. I have found this company to be professional, efficient and reliable. Invoices are easy to pay online and sent once a fortnight. I receive a rota of care each week and the carer is on time and Dad really likes them visiting twice a day. The care is also regularly reviewed by the company. The carers support Mum too as his main carer and she enjoys having someone to chat to. I would happily recommend Bluebird Care to others and have nothing negative to add.

We are so pleased with the services of Bluebird carers. Always well presented and cheerful. They always understand my husband's dementia and give good answers to him. It is always helpful to have regular visits of the same girls as the continuity helps my husband with his spells of confusion. We appreciate the on-call contact if they are delayed at previous visits. Someone always arrives! These girls do a wonderful job in the work they do.

We have worked with Bluebird Care for ten years and have been very pleased with the service. Recently some new carers have been introduced. This has gone very smoothly, and what could have been a difficult and unsettling time, because any change is difficult for the person cared for, it has been managed very efficiently and sensitively. No upset has been experienced. Routines have been maintained. Also, requests for different times to deal with bank holidays and London Ride have been actioned with great efficiency and goodwill.

I have found the carers are very kind and understanding towards my mum. They are very professional in personal care towards my mum. They also provide a service which helps me keep the house clean and tidy (washing, washing up, food service) as well as tablets are taken. Can not say anything negative towards the whole company.

My sister is disabled, and lives alone, over 100 miles from my location. She is very happy with the care she receives from Bluebird, and all staff are caring and attentive to her needs. My sister is well looked after in her sometimes challenging situation. If there is a problem, I am confident that Bluebird staff will sort things out promptly and efficiently, and always respond positively to any of my concerns. I have confidence that any Medical emergencies are always dealt with immediately. Overall we receive excellent service from Bluebird.
