They listen and we chat after. I'm supported well with dignity and respect and it's nice to know I can tell them things if I need to that are worrying me. I am very very happy with the excellent care and support that I am receiving.

Bluebird Care, Merton brought us a valuable service at a time agreed. They have continued to give good personal care with compassion and skill.
The carer is a great travel buddy. My son loves seeing him every day. They have built a great relationship and I trust him and know he is amazing and extremely reliable.
Having regular care visits has made such difference to my mum. She looks forward to being able to talk to the carer about any concerns/worries, especially after Covid. It makes a world of difference knowing her health is okay. I feel Bluebird Care are doing an excellent job and the carers are all lovely.
Bluebird Care has really helped my mum through this tough period of her life with companionship and health checks and now having an increase to personal care. She looks forward to her calls and seeing new faces which has really helped her with understanding her condition. The staff are kind, caring and we couldn't do without them.
Overall, Bluebird Care are mostly very good. There does seem to be a problem when new tasks need to be put on the care plan as the first visit with new tasks isn't carried out properly, however, after speaking to the managers it's rectified.
Arranged at a convenient time and took place promptly. Service user involved in review queries and listened to and discussed. Courteous, friendly and service user and I treated with respect.
