Very pleasant manager and the carer provided could not be more dutiful and attentive, with never a moment's hesitation in doing as requested. She is so kind to my wife (the patient) that my wife dreads our carer being away even on her break. The carer treats her as though she were her own mother.

All the girls were professional and friendly but above all tender and caring. They were so gentle with Mum and so kind and friendly to the family. I can't thank them enough for all the care they showed Mum during her last days.

My wife was bedridden and terminally ill when Paramount Options was appointed to provide her with continuous care by the NHS. 2 carers came for an hour, 4 times a day. The carers knew their jobs very well and soon built up a good rapport with my wife. They helped me with the administration of my wife's medication, fed my wife, changed her on every visit and washed and looked after her very well. On my wife's passing, they had been looking after her for 2 months. My only criticism rests with the management and not with the carers. My wife, before she died specifically asked that the carers be invited to her Thanksgiving Service. The carers were very pleased to be asked and would attend in their own time. Unfortunately, the management would not allow them to attend which saddened me considerably. I considered this to be a callous decision and suggest this policy be reviewed. I would appreciate a call from management to discuss this.

Paramount Services provided exceptional care to my father for a short but very important time in the last few days of his life. They were flexible and responsive, quickly increasing the frequency of visits in response to rapidly changing needs. My father had the same carer for every visit which made the most enormous difference. His carer was exceptional - compassionate, gentle and respectful. She communicated clearly, was always on time and was sensitive and diligent in all that she did. She went well above and beyond, staying longer when she saw we needed help and reading my father's personality perfectly, chatting and joking with him. He trusted and enjoyed her company from the very first visit. We can't thank her enough for the amazing support she provided to my father and our family. We will be forever grateful. Thank you.

The carer from Paramount Options provides a high standard of care for my father. She is both professional and friendly. Always preserves my father's dignity and is tentative to his individual needs. My father always looks forward to his carer coming to visit and care for him. Thank you.

I highly recommend Paramount Services to anyone needing a home care provider. The service and care is outstanding. My father has been in very good hands and I greatly appreciate the ongoing care he has received. Support worker has been amazing and is wonderful, always on hand if my father requires anything. Paramount's service has been excellent. Really impressed with the smooth service that has been provided. The carer is lovely - a good match. I am very satisfied with the care and treatment I get from Paramount Options. They don't rush what they do for you (in person) and are usually on time, except when the buses are unreliable, which isn't their fault. When I am in pain, they are always gentle and careful when moving me. Very cheerful and nice and we have got used to the different languages. Can't fault them in any way. Wish I could have them all the time, but realise that they do need a day off on their rota.

I would like to record a note of thanks for the excellent support my father received in the last months of his life. He was always treated with courtesy, dignity and respect by his carer and they forged a friendship as well as a professional relationship. I am particularly grateful that my father's carer was present when he died but also remained with my mother afterwards for some considerable time and well beyond her allotted time of 1 hour. I cannot express how grateful I am to her and to all at Paramount.

My sister has been through many home care agencies in London who had no idea of how to really help her as she had many complex issues, till our mum came across Paramount Options Ltd. My sister has been with them since the start of 2019 and now they become like family. They are better than any carer anyone could ever ask for, my mum just like my sister, always say they would not use any other care agency.

The carer is polite and efficient. Always phones to advise on expected time of arrival (which I find most helpful). Shopping is usually OK, cash change always OK!
