I was treated very well by all the staff and this aided my rehabilitation after a fractured pelvis. All carers were excellent cheerful and kind at every step of my recovery. I would certainly recommend Right at Home highly and would use them again should it become necessary.

The carers were always attentive and met my husband's needs. They matched his personality to the correct carers. Each carer took the time to learn about his interests and engaged with him about the subjects.

This is to give our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful carers who looked after my mother for the last six months of her life. They became friends and supported both myself and my sister, alleviating some of the stress of Mum's condition, and we will miss seeing them. Thanks to the evils of dementia, the carers never knew what Mum would be like from day to day but were always so cheerful and compassionate and looked after Mum with care and understanding. I would highly recommend Right at Home, both management and staff, to anyone who is struggling to cope.

We as a family would like to thank you and your team so much for everything you've done for our father over the past 2 years. The care you've provided has been wonderful and made it possible for our father to end his days at home, which was his wish. Your team have always been very professional, thoughtful and considerate and we're so grateful.

I was introduced to Right at Home when a member of their team gave a talk on Dementia at my place of work. Theirs was the first number I called when my mother needed care in her home for more than 8 months until she passed away. They were always easy to deal with over the phone or email and responded with answers to my queries promptly. All of the carers who looked after mum were kind, professional and focused on making mum as comfortable and safe as possible. Whenever I met any of them, they had good ideas for me to try to make life a little easier for mum (and us) with her Dementia and they obviously took pride in their work. I was always impressed that their shared communication meant they each knew what the current status was, which was reassuring. With Right at Home and family members help, we were able to fulfil mum's wish to remain at home and we will always be grateful for the major part they played. They all deserve a medal!

Right At Home Farnham were recommended to me by a neighbour of my mother's when she became unable to look after herself fully. At first mum had carers twice a day, after a few weeks I asked for three times daily and now they are visiting 4 times a day. I have nothing but praise for the lovely people who visit mum, they go above and beyond with the care they give her, even staying longer when she had a fall. I have looked in the past for care for mum but was unable to find what I was looking for. When Right At Home was mentioned to me, I got in touch and knew right from the start that they were perfect for mum. The care manager visited mum when I was there one day and whilst very professional, she is also a lovely, approachable, kind, caring person, and always very helpful when I need to contact her. Although I have never met mum's carers I have spoken to two of them and they are truly lovely people, not only to mum but to me too. They are carers who really DO care! Thank you to you all.

My wife started Right at Home on 1st July 2024, they has been a life changing factor in our challenged later years. Now we have a structure to our day, before I had difficulty in getting my wife up out of bed to face the day. Particularly appointment days, be it Doctors, Hair or Hospital, all were difficult, or at times have to cancel. Now, your Angels arrive and lift both my wife and my own spirits and set our day. We have four Angels we would not want to change this quartet, for my wife is very comfortable with the way that they engage with her, and they help me too with the Health Challenges. My wife finds changes in her personal life very difficult to accept, so please keep the status quo. Thank you Right at Home Staff a big thank you to our four angels. P.S. When my wife has her "Exercise" sessions, with one lady in particular, I have had many smiles and it raises my day too!

My mother has had carers from Right at Home for some time, and the entire experience has just been fantastic. Sadly she has moved to a home due to an escalation in her needs, but she misses having the one to one care and companionship that her carers from Right at Home provided. Always on time, always cheerful and helpful, and always keen to complete the tasks she wanted. It has given me comfort knowing that she was not only being so well looked after, but that she looked forward to and enjoyed the visits from her carers. I really cannot recommend Right at Home enough! Thank you to the whole team for all you have done for us.

We have an outstanding overall Care Manager. In July she persuaded the Social Services to provide my Mother with a much-needed replacement 'hospital' bed after 7 months of discussions. The overall Care Manager is always available and receptive to any issues that may arise. For example ensuring that where possible and practical all of her team follow a consistent approach with my Mother who has Alzheimer's. The Overall Care Manager also makes every attempt to meet our needs, e.g. providing earlier morning care when needed and also ensures the Carers provided are well-matched in personality and approach to Mum's needs.

We found Right at Home following my mother's dementia diagnosis when we had been feeling quite apprehensive about using home care for the first time. However we immediately knew we were in good hands and felt fully supported from the start. Right at Home had a really professional understanding of the difficulties our mother faced with her dementia and drew up a plan of how they could help her overcome them with the right carers. We always knew mummy would have a proper meal cooked and any anxieties that had arisen with her would always be dealt with compassionately and with kindness by her lovely carers. They always had time for interesting activities too: card games, jigsaws, reading with her and sowing seeds to plant into her garden. On no occasion was mummy left without a carer at the scheduled time, and communication with us was always good and any concerns we had were dealt with immediately. We would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone needing care in the home.

I have been using Right at Home for nearly a year now. The carers have all been excellent. It is great to have continuity with who comes. Most have become friends as well as carers. I was delighted with the way management and carers rallied round when I was suddenly discharged from hospital recently.

My father has been a client for 4 years. After an initial period of a variety of carers alternating, we are now in a very satisfactory position of alternating two carers. This works very well. Both carers are very caring carers. They provide a very friendly, emphatic yet professional service. Thank you.

I have been in the care of Right at Home for two and a half years. The care which can only be described as marvellous due to the team of carers and staff who always do what they say they are going to. Telephone messages are always responded to and if I need help, advice or even sometimes just someone to talk to, the manager is always available and one team member regularly phones me to make sure that I am alright. This month my printer failed and the team organised, delivered and set up a replacement for me. This is care, I did the right thing in asking for Right at Home for support when I came out of the hospital. Now aged ninety, finding the words I want to use is not easy, all I can say is, thank you all at Right at Home.
