I find all my carers are wonderful and helpful, my carers are very kind and caring people, the company is well led and very supportive towards their clients and carers. Would highly recommend this company.

On the whole, I find my carers all ok. They all seem on the whole a good selection. They are all friendly and do not seem to mind what they do. Always ask if there is anything more to do.

Care 1st have only been coming to us for a couple of weeks or so, coming from a nursing background, not general, you can't fault any of the staff that have come to deal with my father, nothing is too much trouble, friendly and a good approach, Would certainly recommend them to those looking or contemplating who need carers. All the staff and carers are all good. They arrive on time, nothing is too much for them to do, they ask what we want to be done and they just get on and do it.

I have used Care 1st for over two years and on the whole, have been satisfied. Originally, from what I can remember, I had various carers, but now it has settled to one regular carer except for her day/time off. Then there are one/two stand-in's who know my needs and time of attendance because I do have other daytime commitments.

An excellent service. Carers are all very "caring" and efficient. I like having the same carer each day because I feel more comfortable. I have no complaints, only praise for my carer. Office very occasionally forgets to let us know if there is a change in schedule but not a problem really. I think the carers deserve to be paid more! but I do not want your charges to go up!!

The service is very good, the staff do such a lot for me. Nothing is too much trouble, I could not do without them. I do appreciate everything that is done for me.

I receive two visits a week when I am washed and showered. I find all the service very worthwhile and the time spent good in every way. Having contact is very welcome.
